Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Close to the train station, but it felt like we were in a trendy suburb rather than a transport hub. Modern clean rooms, friendly staff, and close to restaurants (Grano Italian restaurant/cafe was less than 100 metres away and outstanding).

Cons:

This is just personal preference, and not a fault at all, but the shower has a rainwater shower head only (attached to the ceiling rather than the wall), which means your hair gets wet every time you have a shower, unless you use a shower cap (which was provided).

Great stay from the start. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean and had everything you could need. Great location. Was only five minutes from everything. Will stay again.

The location was in central Ballarat. Close proximity to the train station. Very clean and modern. Rooms spacious and offered very good facilities.

Cons:

we did have a sofa bed in one of the rooms booked. Matress was a little thin, but for 2 nights was still ok.

Expected a bigger room. Only one comfortable chair in the room for a couple. The shower leaked under the door soaking the bath mat
