Great option for an airport hotel
Pros:

Great welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped. The shower was powerful and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle service runs on and half past the hour; it’s prompt and very quick. Overall a great option for an airport hotel.

It was very convenient to the airport. Our bartender Kenia was the very best ever!! She was pleasant, caring, friendly, funny and knew her job well!! Rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious

need better communication on shuttle pickup. But otherwise, very good.
Pros:

breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

shuttle was advertised as every 15 minutes. We waited over a half-hour at airport. But the shuttle back was good!

Pros:

Hyatt was within walking distance of the terminal. We walked over they were able to check us in early. Overall it was a great stay. We had lunch at the restaurant. Surprised how good the food was. Highly recommend this location!

Great location for an early flight out of LAX !
Pros:

Great location close to the airport, no external airport noise (at least in my room) Free airport shuttle running every half hour… travel time from the hotel to the Delta terminal was only about 10-15 minutes .

Cons:

Some vending machines for water/drinks/snacks sprinkled around wouldn’t hurt…. I don’t like being limited to mini bar prices ! Didn’t seem to have room service ?

Convenient for LAX travelers
Pros:

Very convenient if you’re flying out of LAX early in the morning with their 24/7 shuttle service. The gym is clean and well equipped. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The lobby is nicely designed for those of us who want to work.

Cons:

We found the room very dark. No lights on the ceiling and limited floor and desk lamps. The bathtub didn’t function upon arrival, water server in the gym was broken, and the toilet clogged on our first day. The maintenance person was very helpful, though.
