Pros:

Although I had a rear room without views I didn’t mind due to the substantial size of the room and overall cleanliness and facilities were great, very comfortable and quiet.
Location is great for airport access.
Decent lobby area to wait in and the restaurant bar was decent enough for a short stopover stay. Great spacious gym for machine based strength training, although the cable machines could do with more handle/bar fittings.

Cons:

It’s a 3 out of 5 for staff friendliness at reception, maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Cons:

You and sister Hyatt have serious quality problem with shuttles. they didnt communicate, wouldnt help me get to the right one. Surely, you can do better. I suggest one contract for both, and get customer to right Hotel, regardless.

It was nice, although we only stayed a few hours to get to our flight.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is very friendly! The bathroom has a great size, too.

Cons:

The prices of the restaurant are insane! We paid $60 for two hamburgers. We ordered online for room service but at the end of ordering, it said the food will be available at the restaurant at 9:20, so I had to go down only to find out that someone had just left to deliver to the room.

Great proximity to the airport and delicious breakfast options.
Pros:

The main decision for the hotel choice is the proximity to the hotel. There are several options within this vicinity so I chose this hotel again because of the delicious breakfast.

Cons:

I would purchase items at the airport before checking into the hotel as the options when you get there are overpriced and limited. The bar was accommodating though.

レシートが欲しいのにチェックアウト時にはbooking.comから送られるの一言。その後届かないから何度もアプリ経由で請求するも全く対応がなされない。経費の精算などに至急必要なのに放置され、待たされるることになるのはありえない。

easiest staycation to ever.

Stay was fine, but the wait times for the shuttle were too long and the pick up spot needs security
Pros:

The room was comfortable, very updated decor and the shower had hot water.

Cons:

I had 2 issues with this hotel: first, I saw numerous shuttles from half a dozen hotels circling to pick up guests. I tried calling 3 times and My call just kept going to voicemail. The shuttle finally arrived after waiting for half an hour. Had I not booked online, I would have jumped onto another hotel shuttle.
My next issue was the return to the airport shuttle which left every half hour from the hotel....but the pick up spot was in a remote, dark spot about 200 yards from the hotel, which at 3 am, as a woman waiting alone, made me very uncomfortable. Also, as a Hyatt rewards member, I had expected a rate discount.

Will definitely stay here again
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean, ceiling was 20 feet tall. Makes the room seem bigger. Everything was great
