bug in shower, mold on shower curtain, coffee pot out of order, got locked out of room, room card wouldn't work, tv not working & owner said she'd come fix it but left the premises, some towels were so thin you could see through them.

The closeness to the beach

Cons:

I booked a king room, got there at 10pm and had a very difficult time contacting anyone on the property to get in to my room. Once I retrieved the key cards I was informed my room would lock me in and I would need to call the front desk to be let out. Completely unacceptable. So then they gave me another room double queen beds and I was highly unsatisfied .

Short and sweet would come back

AC worked the bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the room was clean and quiet. Couldn’t ask for more

It was a negative experience that ended well thanks to the manager/owner quickly refunding our money.
Pros:

Truthfully only the woman in the front checking me in. Perhaps she was the owner or manager. She was very kind and quick to offer me a refund

Cons:

As soon we walked in the room we could tell we wouldn’t be able to stay the night. The floors were sticky, the sheets were stained, there was an odor and we found a dead roach in the fridge.
