Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war super lecker. Die Bettwäsche war angenehm sauber und bequem. Mitten in der City war es sehr praktisch.

Cons:

An Mangel gab es wirklich nichts. Außer, dass man nicht mitgeteilt hat, dass man die Zimmerkarte für den Fahrstuhl benutzen muss, um auf die gewünschte Etage zu gelangen. Es gab Kunden, die länger als 10 Minuten im Aufzug gefahren sind, weil keiner auf seine Etage gelangt ist.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr geräumig. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel modern und gepflegt.

Super Hotel sehr freundlich

Cons:

Frühstück gibt es keine Kaffeevollautomaten nur Filter Kaffee, und Eierspeise Omlet gibt es nur auf Anfrage kein Omlet Ervice vorort.

Im Zentrum mit genügend hoteleigenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Das Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig.

During our vacation in Şanlıurfa, my wife and I stayed for two nights in a king suite.

Although the room was advertised as a king suite, it was actually of a much lower standard.

When we first entered the room, I noticed that the toilet paper was almost finished. I requested a new roll, and it arrived about half an hour later.

The towels were very old and worn out. My wife did not want to use them. I called the reception, explained the situation, and asked for better towels. However, the ones that arrived were also old and even had holes in them. It was truly unbelievable. Because of this, we gave up asking and used the small towel we had brought with us.

The duvet was very worn out. One of the pillows was extremely thick. I ended up sleeping without a pillow on the first night.

Despite calling the reception, our problems were not resolved. The next morning we wanted to speak with the management in case a solution could be found. Since the management was empty at that moment, we explained the situation to the staff member there. Additional pillows arrived in the evening, but they were also too bulky to use. The new towels that came were again very worn and old.

There was no ceiling light in the area where the bed was located. There was only one side lamp, and the lighting was very insufficient.

Normally, I would not complain this much if we had stayed in a standard room. However, the room we stayed in was advertised as a King Suite, and one would expect at least a certain level of care and quality.

The only thing that made it a “king suite” was the size of the room, but even that became insignificant considering all the other issues.
