Uitstekend.
Pros:

Hotel heeft een mooie ligging en de faciliteiten zijn uitstekend. Verder is het hotel voor de omgeving pracht en praal. Ontbijt is zeer royaal.

Cons:

Dat je haarnetten in het zwembad moet kopen die niemand gebruikt. Verder wordt er overal gerookt. Jammer voor zo een mooi en lux hotel.

Cons:

leider war unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel enttäuschend und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.

1. Im 11. Stockwerk gab es praktisch kein Netz bzw. kein funktionierendes Internet. Für Meetings musste ich jedes Mal zur Rezeption gehen, um überhaupt eine stabile Verbindung zu haben.
2. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde uns gesagt, wir sollten das Internet „nicht mit dem vergleichen, woher wir kommen“. Diese Aussage empfanden wir als sehr unfreundlich und unangemessen, insbesondere da niemand wusste, woher wir überhaupt kommen.
3. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war extrem dunkel. Es gab nur seitlich etwas Licht, wodurch das Zimmer insgesamt sehr schlecht beleuchtet war.
4. Der Türgriff war beim Schließen der Tür abgebrochen. Dies wurde zwar später repariert, hätte jedoch vor Zimmervergabe überprüft werden müssen.
5. Das Waschbecken war verstopft und das Wasser lief nur sehr schlecht ab.
6. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 60 qm für drei Personen gebucht, jedoch nur eine einzige Zimmerkarte erhalten. Da der Aufzug nur mit Zimmerkarte funktionierte, waren wir ständig voneinander abhängig.

Auf Nachfrage bezüglich einer zusätzlichen Karte wurden wir über zwei Tage hinweg immer wieder auf „morgen“, „mittags“ oder „abends“ vertröstet. Letztendlich mussten wir deshalb sogar ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Insgesamt war besonders das schlechte Internet ein großes Problem während unseres Aufenthalts und sollte dringend verbessert werden.

Nice hotel in the center of Urfa
Pros:

Staff was really working hard. The gym was good. Yeliz, the trainer helped me improve my deadlifts and bench presses. She was really helpful.

Hotel çok temiz. Herşeyden çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsi ederim.

Cons:

Öneri olarak kumandanın pilini kontrol edin derim. Belki müşterilerden biri götürmüş olabilir. Bize lazım olmadı ama dikkatimi çekti.

Also wirkt sehr professionell und sehr großes Hotel. Mitarbeiter professionell und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Parkplätze auch reichlich vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Hauptbett war sehr bequem aber die Zusatzbetten sehr schlecht. Zimmer als sehr staubig empfundenen.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war super lecker. Die Bettwäsche war angenehm sauber und bequem. Mitten in der City war es sehr praktisch.

Cons:

An Mangel gab es wirklich nichts. Außer, dass man nicht mitgeteilt hat, dass man die Zimmerkarte für den Fahrstuhl benutzen muss, um auf die gewünschte Etage zu gelangen. Es gab Kunden, die länger als 10 Minuten im Aufzug gefahren sind, weil keiner auf seine Etage gelangt ist.

Super Hotel sehr freundlich

Cons:

Frühstück gibt es keine Kaffeevollautomaten nur Filter Kaffee, und Eierspeise Omlet gibt es nur auf Anfrage kein Omlet Ervice vorort.
