Pros:

整體住得舒適，備品都很足夠，去得時候福岡晚上很冷，但房間內的暖氣很強，所以不用擔心
離地鐵站走路其實有一段距離，不過附近有公車站，去博多或天神逛街其實也都蠻方便的，三大便利商店走路最快2分鐘就能到，晚上買宵夜超方便

Cons:

不知道是不是只有我住的那間這樣（802）門很難開關，需要用很大的力氣才能關好，雖然是電子鎖但我覺得裡面應該可以再加個扣環比較安全，出門跟晚上要檢查很多次，不然會像我第一天一樣，整晚門都沒關…

Pros:

ロケーションもよく、どこへいくにも便利な場所です。お部屋も広く、トイレ、洗面台、お風呂も別できれいです。

Cons:

壁に数か所穴があいており、そのままにされている。ソファーが薄汚れており、穴があいたまま。
ソファは不衛生に思えて座ることができませんでした。また、壁の穴も大きな穴が数か所あり、隠すような行為もされていないため、非常に残念でした。

リピート確定のホテルです。
Pros:

部屋が広くキッチン、洗濯機付きで浴室も新しくリラックスできました。
セブンイレブンがすぐ下にあって便利でした。
無人ですが、メッセージで質問したらすぐに返事をいただいたので良かったです。

Cons:

誰でも入れるエントランスにある宿泊税を入れる箱が固定されてないので、盗まれるんじゃないかと余計な心配をしてしまいました。
オンラインで支払えるようになれば安全だと思いました。

Pros:

風呂、脱衣所、トイレが別々になっていて快適だった。

Cons:

玄関のドアノブが壊れていて、鍵のパスワードを打って開けようとしてもなかなか開かなかった。また、チェックインしてすぐトイレを見たのに髪の毛が多々落ちていて、不快であった。

いいとこ悪いとこ
Pros:

・お風呂の間接照明がオシャレ。
・広さも狭くない。
・玄関ドアが重いため、小さな子供がいる人は安心
・冷蔵庫が大きい
・電子レンジがありがたい

Cons:

・電気類(エアコン・換気扇含む)をすべて切っても、モスキートーンがずっと鳴っていて、気になって寝入りが悪かった。
・足元灯や常夜灯がないため、まぶしいか真っ暗かの二択だった。
・お部屋の床が絨毯のため、入ってすぐ匂いが気になった。
・トイレの便座の温めがついたり消えたりで、急に冷たくなって、心臓に悪かった。

Pros:

Property has an overwhelming number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Nice view from the balcony. Garbage can be cleared and towels replaced daily (just leave it outside your door).

性價比很好，如過不是非常潔癖的人可以選擇這裡
Pros:

地理環境很好，生活很方便，走路2分鐘就可以到當地的藥妝和超市，走6分鐘左右也有營業到很晚的AEON超市，有洗衣機很加分，空間也夠大，雖然是沒有櫃檯人員的自助旅店，但是透過平台的訊息聯絡都能快速的得到協助。

Cons:

房間的清潔需要加強，有些不明顯的地方灰塵很厚，基本上對我是不太影響使用。
