Giá khá đắt so với khách sạn cùng phân khúc, bố trí thiết bị trong phòng hết sức vô lý giường ngủ thì đối diện với cửa vệ sinh, tiện nghi sắp đặt trong phòng không tiện lợi, bước vào sảnh Sộc lên 1 mùi hóa chất độc hại để khử muỗi, cũng đã trao đổi với nhân viên nhưng nhân viên nói là không việc gì đâu. Ăn xong người chống hơi thuốc muỗi đó lên phòng đã bị nôn hết thức ăn. Thật sự rất là sợ không bao giờ quay lại lần thứ 2 khách sạn này.
Sử dụng quá nhiều hóa chất diệt muỗi, mùi nồng Hach độc hại gây ảnh hưởng sức khoẻ, giường ngủ thì úp mặt vào cửa nhà vệ sinh.

We bought a squeegee to pushed the floor water from the showers to the drainage. We talk to the front desk 7:45 am to fix the beds problems the following days, while I have an appointment to see the doctors. The clerk sent me a message that they are going to changes the mattress. We got back at 10:00 am from the doctor's office, the bed wasn't changed. The front desk clerk was ignoring me and the clerk was trying to stretch the time till 2:00 pm. They finally change the box springs without the mattress. Still hard as a rock, the mattress was filthy. They cover up with 5 padding thinking it's going to fix the problems of having the mattress for being hard. Since she's not going to make it better, I decided to go to another place. I want my refund.

This hotel is not worth the money, and I cannot recommend it.
We originally booked a room for 660,000 VND. After booking, we received a message informing us that the room had no window. This information was not clearly stated on Booking.com, so we felt pressured to upgrade to a different room, bringing the total cost to 805,000 VND—an extra 155,000 VND.
When we arrived, we were then asked to pay an additional 3% fee for using a credit card. The "upgraded" room was also disappointing. The window faced a wall only about one meter away, so there was effectively no view at all.
The problems did not stop there. Despite the higher room rate, there was no phone in the room to contact reception or room service. No proper cups were provided for coffee. The spring mattress was extremely uncomfortable and of very poor quality. The towels were low quality and even had visible stains.
The location is also a major drawback. There are very few restaurants or dining options nearby, and we spent a long time walking around trying to find somewhere to eat. The hotel does have a restaurant on the sixth floor, but nobody informed us about it when we checked in. We only discovered it later, which was frustrating and reflects the poor level of service.
One positive aspect of our stay was the local people in the area. They were extremely kind, helpful, and did their best to assist us with directions and Wi-Fi, even when communication was difficult.
Most disappointing of all, the hotel did not acknowledge that the lack of information about the windowless room on Booking.com was misleading. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply charged extra for an upgrade that offered very little improvement.
Overall, the room quality, facilities, service, and communication were far below expectations for the price paid. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.
