It was in a good location for me
It was extremely average for the price, but had everything you needed
It is located close to the airport so not far to travel. The staff are polite, always opened door for us and also helped carried the luggages off and onto the car. The room is relatively spacious, and there are nearby places to eat food.
The room had cockroaches on all the nights we stayed even though we didn't cook any food. The bathroom is quite average as the shower gets the toilet all wet and water sprays out of the bathroom unless the door is fully shut when showering.
The staff are very helpful, the reception staff will help get Grab Cabs when needed. The restaurant staff are lovely and the food is reasonable. Cleaning staff are also very polite and good at there job. If you need something just ask.
On my last night I asked for a wake up to my room 4.30am and luckily I woke because no one knocked at my door on going down to the night manager to leave he was sound asleep. He did order me a Cab to get to the airport.
The staff at front desk were excellent - surprisingly proficient at English and altogether very helpful 🤩
The towels needed a refresh - they were rather worn and not the most comfortable.
Location to cu chi tunnels, airport and easy grab ride to attractions we wanted to see. The pool was huge and lovely to use. Rooms were huge and spacious. Reception and porter were lovely. Breakfast was good and restaurant was easy access.
