A beautiful and clean hotel means nothing if the service is slow
Pros:

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable

Cons:

}heck-in experience was disappointing. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived around 12:00–1:00 AM, our apartment was still not ready because of a leak. We had to wait a long time before we were given the keys to a suite. Later, we were moved again to a larger apartment. Although we appreciated the upgrade, the delay and multiple room changes were exhausting, especially after traveling. Unfortunately, the slow service made the arrival experience much less enjoyable.
