بصراحه لا يوجد دخلت الساعه 10 مساءا و و طلعت 8 الصبح

Cons:

الغرفه ما كانت نظيفه و الريحه سيئه جدا و الخدمات المقدمه ما توصل لفندق 5 نجوم بصراحه من بدايه من موظفه الاستقبال إلى الوصول للغرفه و اللي صدمني لما تتصل تطلب اي شي يسألون عن رقم الغرفه و المفروض انه فندق خمس نجوم عارفين منو موجود بالغرف و منو المتصل
انجبرت انام فيه ليله و ان تكرر و اعتمدت على التقييم الموجود و توقعت انه صحيح لكن كل شي شفته كان صدمه و بحط صوره لمنظر مقرف بالغرفه

Pros:

I like everything about this hotel. It's my favorite one from the day it open until today.

Cons:

Basically nothing but I like to see more if possible. For example more restaurants in the hotel and quicker services. But nothing I don't like about it to be fair

They checked me late I arrived at 12:30 they checked me in at 4:00 pm because the room was not ready
The house keeping are coming late and they did not provide all the refill like coffee and water until I run behind them to ask and they tell me sorry we forgot. It happens every day
The room was not well cleaned

الفندق جميل ولاكن تعرضت لموقف منهم استغربته من الموظفين فانا اعرفهم من 4 سنين تقريبا وكانو خدومين طيبون وخير من يمثل الفندق لاكن ارجو من موظف استقبال المكالمات الخارجيه ان يعرف يطور من فن التعامل مع الظيوف لانه في حاجه لذلك ولم يكونو متعاملين كمعي باسلوب جيد علما انني من رواد هذا الفندق الجميل والشكر موصول لاخواتنا البطال الله يبيض وجيهكم خير من يمثل النساء السعوديات الله يوفقهم ويسترهم والسلام ختام اخوكم محمد المري
