Frühstück und Lage waren gut.

Leider war der Herr an der Rezeption oft launisch und wenig freundlich. Als wir nach einem Schlüssel fragten für die Fahrräder, bezeichnete er andere Gäste als dumm und unfähig, die Schlüssel zurückzubringen. Außerdem meinte er, dass durch die Rabatte über Ihre Seite so viel sparen könnte, ( fürs nächste mal falls ich buchen sollte)dass ich mir noch zwei bis drei Mercedes kaufen könnte, da ich mit einem angereist sei… beides empfand ich als unangebracht und unangenehm.

Sauber, freundlich und nah am Strand.
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel „Horizonte“ sehr genossen! Alles war wirklich klasse - der Service des Personals war super freundlich, alles war sauber, und es war einfach angenehm, dort zu sein. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass das Hotel sehr nah am Strand liegt. Die Liegen mit Schutz für das Handy waren sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück wurde von den Küchenmitarbeiterinnen liebevoll vorbereitet und war sehr lecker. Besonders nett waren auch die Reinigungskräfte - immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten außerdem die Möglichkeit, kostenlos Fahrräder zu benutzen, einfach den Schlüssel beim Personal abholen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Der Balkon mit Wäscheständer war ebenfalls super praktisch. Außerdem hatten wir die Möglichkeit, in einem anderen Hotel zu schwimmen und den Pool zu nutzen.
Kurz gesagt, uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, und vielleicht werden wir in der Zukunft wieder die Dienstleistungen dieses Hotels nutzen.
