The stay was really comfortable and rooms were fabulous. They do have many good option for vegetarian food as well.
The views were incredible and the pool area was lovely. The staff at reception were also very helpful . The location is great and just a short walk from the night market
The room was quite worn and in my opinion not up to the level of cleanliness for the price paid. It was quite dusty, the Aircon in our room didn’t work and took over an hour to be moved but originally told we couldn’t move as the hotel was booked out (our room was over 28degrees). The bath had grit in it (not cleaned) and both rooms were the same level of cleanliness.
Took over an hour for fish and chips and a pizza and I received 5 cold chips…
The pictures unfortunately give higher expectations than what’s delivered - the hotel could do with some money being spent on it to bring it back to life and the quality that would set it apart.
Also no wardrobe or drawers, just one rail which in our room was coming off the wall

Having stayed in M hotel in da nang we knew the M brand would be a good choice, room at the front yes was noisy being on the road but it didn’t stop us from sleeping and just wear ear plugs it was ok, room was kept tidy ans clean, we missed breakfast as it’s only on until 10am but there are great bakeries next door and opposite, reception is helpful we stayed by the pool for 2 hrs as we were busy but the beach should at least be cleaned and rubbish picked up each day, it’s one of my pet hates working with the neighbours there is no excuse for the rubbish washed up not to be cleared unfortunately every beach is like this no one cares. Location is great and would stay again if coming to Phu Quoc.

I had a wonderful stay here. Thanh and Tien were very friendly and very helpful, and they really made my stay very lovely. The beds were very comfortable and I slept very well. I also loved the pool downstairs — it is very beautiful with very chilled and relaxing vibes. The private beach is also very clean and nice to walk and relax. The breakfast was to die for, absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
Sehr modern, sehr bequemes Bett, tolle Aussicht. Frühstück mit vielen Säften & verschiede Speisen sehr lecker. Der Nightmarket ist 5 min zu Fuß weg soweit coole Restaurant und Massage Center alles zu Fuß
Kein Strand direkt, sonst war’s super. Dusche in der Toilette vllt ungewohnt aber total ok gewesen.
We stayed 4 nights as a couple and really enjoyed our stay. The Ocean Eyes room had an absolutely incredible sea view — the best I’ve ever had. The staff were very kind and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pool was beautiful and calm with plenty of sunbeds available facing the ocean. The location was also convenient, with grab access to explore the island.
The breakfast could have been more varied, although it was still decent overall
L'emplacement a 2 pas du night market, commerces et restaurants. Le cadre idyllique, la piscine avec vue mer. La chambre (7771) il n'y a que 2 chambres au dernier étage avec terrasse et vue à couper le souffle. Le personnel aux petits soins, disponible et très sympathique.
Le petit déjeuner bien que assez varié est un peu "fade" certains points de l'établissement pourraient recevoir un petit rafraîchissement

Ocean view but it was too hot. We ended up closing the curtains the whole time.
The room is quite small.
Everything was just perfect. Rooms are very clean, staff friendly and very helpful, also food was delicious and they have very nice restaurant at top floor.
