Everything was just perfect 😊
Pros:

Everything was just perfect. Rooms are very clean, staff friendly and very helpful, also food was delicious and they have very nice restaurant at top floor.

員工人很好 （謝謝 Thao 跟Thanh) 早餐很好吃 還有現煮的牛肉麵跟蛋 房間很舒適而且枕頭跟床很好睡 重點是位置超好 離夜市很近 旁邊又是可以換錢的銀樓～～

Cons:

晚餐🥺我們住的方案有含晚餐但可惜不好吃（明明早餐這麼好吃）因為晚餐都是沙拉 炒飯是冷的 似乎是早餐剩下來的 然後肉只有一小塊 還全是骨頭救命😵 還好附近有夜市我們後來去夜市很開心🥳

Great location, new and clean hotel
Pros:

I really liked this place because of its very central location and the direct access to the beach. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax and unwind.
And the hotel in general seems very new and clean.

Best place with the best view in Phu Quoc

Thanh & Thao were very helpful during our stay. The room was exactly as described, very beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely come back and stay here.

Pros:

Phòng sạch sẽ, chỗ ở tiện nghi gần trung tâm , bể bởi với views triệu đô, ngắm hoàng hôn ở đây là quá tuyệt vời, khách sạn có cung cấp 1 bữa ăn trong quá trình lưu trú.

Nhân viên lễ Tân ( Thanh & Trang ) rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách. Nếu có dịch quay lại Phú Quốc thì M hotel chắc chắn sẽ là một lựa chọn của mình .

Phòng đẹp nhưng dịch vụ chưa xứng với giá tiền

Phòng siêu đẹp. Ban công có trồng cây xung quanh nên mình rất thích.
Vi trí thuận lợi, cách chợ đêm tầm 300m
1 bạn lễ tân nam rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Tiếc là hôm về bé hơi quấy nên chưa kịp xin thông tin của bạn
Có dịch vụ đưa đón sân bat rất tiện
Gần trạm xe bus (250m)

Buffet sáng khá nghèo nàn, ko xứng giá tiền của 4 sao. Phòng ăn cũng khá nhỏ dù view biển, cảm giác giống trong nhà kho
Hồ bơi hơi lạnh do không nhận được ánh nắng nhiều.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

We had a great experience at The M Hotel Phu Quoc. I don’t recall our check in staff, but they were very welcoming with a drink and held our luggage until our check in time arrived! The property was beautiful and the view for breakfast was breathtaking. For check out, Mỹ Tiên was very quick and helpful to get us out!

A szobák mérete az átlagosnál nagyobb, kiváló akár 3 embernek is. Az éjszakai piac nagyon közel van.

Cons:

Ha nem családtagok vannak egy szobában, zavaró lehet, hogy a kád a szobában van.
