Stunning design, friendly and accommodating staff, food

Cons:

Cruel to say anything was negative…but would just say that I would prefer the main pool to be slightly less cold, tea available in the room and a television that allows you to watch movies rather connecting to your mobile device or connect to a streaming service as there was only news channels available.

Can Ferrereta is a special find!
Pros:

Can Ferrereta is a special find. This hotel sits in the center of Santanyí. The medieval hilltop town provides a great setting.

The hotel captures the true Mallorquin lifestyle. It blends history and local art well. The building itself shows great style. An amazing Mallorcan patio features old olive trees. The furniture is very elegant.

We stayed in Room 21. This spacious suite had high ceilings. The bathroom was excellent. It included a superb bathtub. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable. Large windows brought in beautiful natural light.

We loved the patio atmosphere. The farmhouse lighting was very elegant. The location is perfect. You stand only meters from the village center. Santanyí offers beautiful cafes, restaurants, and art galleries. The lively street market runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We are so thankful for this amazing stay. The experience exceeded all expectations. We recommend this hotel highly.

Cons:

Only two small improvement suggestions: 1. In-room service menu was pretty limited with only a few options at night 2. There was no streaming enabled in the room TVs - the rest is impeccable.

We had the most amazing stay - from the beautiful property, to our amazing room that the staff so kindly upgraded us to for our honeymoon. It was simply stunning and we hope to return some day for a longer stay!

Pros:

We liked everything about the property. The style of the hotel, the fact that you are in a beautiful town but also in a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
The style of the hotel is very modern and cozy, the room was very spacious and clean.
Everything about this hotel felt luxurious : the pool, breakfast and dinner area.

A special thanks to the waiter Salva who was just exceptional.

Cons:

There were just some minor things we didn’t 100% like about this hotel.
First of all you only get one bottle of water per day included in the room rate, which we thought was not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

Second, there are not enough sunbeds by the pool when almost all guests stay at the hotel.
We had one day where almost all hotel guests decided to stay by the pool and not everyone could get a sunbed.

Lastly, the service was not always what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. There was also music missing in the ocre hotel outdoors.
