Such a gem of a hotel friendly helpful staff , food very varied loads to choose from. Rooms clean and comfortable only downfall for me was it's just a little out of the way but wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Don’t listen to any of the bad reviews
Staff are lovely, all of them very helpful and friendly.
The hotel looks and feels brand new with hotel rooms in great condition. Lovely comfy beds.
The pool area is spotless and the sun beds are very plush, wooden and thick cushions.
The bar staff, restaurant staff and lifeguard can not do enough for you.
The entertainment needs some work although we were here early on in season the first week actually.
With any all inclusive food becomes repetitive, but they is always choices and waitress served drinks lunch and dinner.
One tip don’t bother paying extra for a sea
View, the sea is in the distance over roads car parks and several hotels.
All in all a lovely week away, hotel is a 5 min walk to the beaches which have a lovely boardwalk to bimble around the coast
Hotel is very clean and the staff are cheerful and helpful.
We were upgraded to a pool view room which was nice as you got the afternoon sun on the balcony. One thing to be aware of is the bar / entertainment area is directly below and so can be quite noisy until late on and into the early hours; even through the double glazing. Take ear plugs!
Location is quite off the beaten track and it appears, due to the current climate, lots of bars and restaurants have delayed their opening; good job we were all inclusive! Although I agree this is not the hotels issue, perhaps Jet2 could have made us aware.
Dining area is small and was very busy at times, I can imagine in the height of summer it would be a bit of a bun fight! The food is adequate for a 4 star, have had worse but also better! Some more local produce would be appreciated rather than tinned options.
My one disappointment was the lack of catering for my daughter who is a coeliac. Despite contacting the hotel numerous times before we travelled for reassurance that they could cater gluten free this did not appear to be the case. We were advised to see the chef when we went to the dining room which we did but felt a little bit of an inconvenience and had manage with what was already provided. We had been told they could provide appropriate bread, cakes, pizza and pasta but when I requested the items they said they would do their best as they had only just opened fo the season. It appears that emailing in advance was not good enough.
Great hotel very friendly staff . Food good rooms very clean and modern . Staff 100 💯 especially Nicolai. Always a smile and so friendly . Would definitely come back . Nicololi made us so welcome
Best Hotel with good facilities!!
Staff always smiling and is always there to assist with anything or help with any questions you have .
Any info you need or anything ask always receptionist ppls is there to sort it and help you out !!
The rooms are great
That one has to pay a token money to use the safe in the room
This place is run down and very tired, not even close to 4* they’re lucky to be called 2*, the staff are mainly rude, barge past and have angry faces that don’t smile, they’re in need of some training and should learn in the service industry you need to smile
The towels and sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago and are threadbare coupled with rusty taps and finished off with a mouldy shower
The “spa” is a joke, very dark and smelly with a gritty seedy feel, the stairs down there set it off being broken and dirty
The food is 2* too, even the fake hallumi and feta cheese were cheap and processed, what 4* hotel would serve frozen processed “turkey schnitzel” and burgers cut in half for an adult lunch - yes this one did
Avoid
Fantastic hotel, we arrived late early doors and their was a sandwich and piece of fruit waiting in our room, the staff were amazing and very helpful the bar staff were friendly and Max who was behind the bar so friendly and always had a smile. Definitely coming back to this hotel, the main town was a short walk from the hotel the food was interesting with a new theme each night and lots to choose from. Big thanks for making this nervous traveler feel comfortable.
Arrived at 9.50pm, quick check in by a friendly young lady. We had missed the evening meal but a sandwich and apple were left in the room for us. (Very dry) went in the bin. There was only 2 small milk pods so not enough for us to have a cuppa. Managed to get one from the bar. Breakfast had plenty of choice but only honey once throughout the full week. Due to being diabetic I have yogurt banana and honey each morning. Hubby was not impressed with cooked breakfast. Twice we did without and twice we went out for breakfast.
Evening meal was much better, carved meats and different theme each evening. Soup which was lovely, if you didn’t go at 7.00 it was cold. Nice choice of bread. Salads, desserts always nice choice, also fruit and cheese. Fruit juice was not fresh. Pool, always plenty of beds but the rule about not leaving towels was not adhered to. Bali beds taken quickly with towels. There is a lifeguard.pool bar not cheap. €12 for a cocktail. Staff very friendly and work extremely hard. Our room was kept clean throughout and towels changed regularly just never enough tea/coffee/ milk.we did take our own fortunately but the chiller doesn’t keep anything cool and so milk turned by the next day. We had a room looking over the pool, other rooms overlooked the car park. Balcony was big enough, 2 chairs which were comfy and 1 table. Beds very comfortable with 2 pillows. Aircon kept room cool when we could get it to work ( instructions would be helpful). Hairdryer, kettle, chiller, telephone and Wi-Fi.
Entertainment, TERRIBLE, seating uncomfortable.
Big shout out to Speedy - Kavita, she runs around her full shift in every area. Always a smile always being helpful. A big asset to the hotel.
There’s football matches being shown but also a pub and an Irish bar just along from hotel. We hopefully will return as there’s some nice walks along the sea front into Protaras. Or get the bus into Ayia Napa for €2. Bus stop is left out of hotel, end of rd., turn left up to roundabout, turn right & about 10yards.comes every 10-15 mins.
This hotel is in a very good location away from the crowds but with easy access to the main area of Protaras Fig tree bay etc. There is a lovely beach a five minute walk away from the hotel, and various bars and restaurants also a short walk away the pool area is also a pleasant place to be,it is family friendly and the food is of very good quality and plentiful this hotel i would say is suitable for all ages and groups, all staff and management are friendly and approachable. The rooms are comfortable and clean as are the communal areas. There is also lots of parking space if a car is hired.
Nice hotel very clean and shiney breakfast very good large choice all perfectly adequate for us..staff generally fine one or two grumpy faces ..not much in the way of entertainment…nice pool and surroundings..some four posters which are nice and comfy…my only gripe is the relentless loud music pumping out all day from the outdoor bar area…I don’t mind a bit of music but not when it’s loud and in your face…as a result of this we spent most days on the beach…what is it with some hotels who think we all want to be bombarded with loud music…?…dear management think about your guests ..I suspect most people would prefer a bit of peace…I would return to this hotel but because of that loud music you won’t be seeing me here again
Good location with amazing coastline, friendly atmosphere at the hotel, rooms clean and tidy, good variety of tasty food. Receptionists efficient and very helpful, especially Jolita.
Great experience 👍
I would say that this is a nice hotel with Two major drawbacks, the restaurant area is very small and although the food is tasty the choice is limited. Location is a-bit off the beaten track. Bed a-bit small and room also smallish…rest was fine
We have returned from a lovely holiday. It was amazing to get some October sunshine! The positives definitely outweighed the negatives at the hotel.
Positives:
- Easy to get a sun bed
- Food buffet is fairly small but food is varied and not repeated each day
- Food is hot and always replenished
- Rooms are spacious and modern
- Most staff are friendly in the bar and restaurant
- Hotel is clean
- Location is pretty good. Short walk to the beach and about a 10/15 min walk to Protaras
- We arrived late at night so having a sandwich and water in the room was a nice touch
- Pool bar service for snacks and drinks was always quick
- Good variety of cocktails
Negatives (which are only minor may I add):
- Sun beds quite close together in some areas around the pool
- Pool is very cold and definitely not heated
- Not enough staff in the main restaurant as we always had to get up and ask to get served drinks and you had to always ask for tables to get cleaned and set up before you sat down. Sometimes there weren’t enough glasses either and we were served wine with our dinner in a plastic cup
- It was a shame that if you’re all inclusive, the snack bar only runs from 10-12 then 3-5 because it would be nice to have some of the food options for lunch rather than only having the buffet each day. Most all inclusive hotels you go to have a snack bar or buffet for lunch so that option would be good here too
- I would bring your own hairdryer as it’s not very powerful and it’s also a bit dangerous as my hair got sucked into it and I had to cut it out!
Tip: Make sure you have cash on you as pool towels are a ten euro cash only deposit each.
Overall, we had a great time and we would return again.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us.
We found the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. Reception staff rarely acknowledged us, and even ignored my 5-year-old daughter when she said goodbye several times. In the dining area, there were very few staff around and absolutely no customer service — during our 5-night stay, no one ever cleared our plates, so we ended up doing it ourselves.
The food was very limited and honestly not great for what’s meant to be a 4-star hotel. The drinks at the pool bar were poor quality, with flat beer, and the snack bar food (which cost us €80) tasted like cheap frozen items — often burnt or very dry. Plates were left full, yet no one asked if everything was okay. It just felt like the staff didn’t care.
The pool area itself is nice with plenty of sunbeds, but the water is freezing and there are no showers around the pool. The gym was also disappointing — none of the equipment worked and, again, no showers available.
The lifts at this hotel are constantly out of order atleast twice a day they didn’t work, great to lose a few holiday pounds up and down the stairs, but not great if you’re on a high floor.
On our last day, we asked for a late checkout since our pickup wasn’t until 6:30pm, but they couldn’t accommodate. When we asked for somewhere to freshen up, we were told to use an open luggage room, which wasn’t ideal.
Overall, I wouldn’t return to this hotel. It’s in a lovely area though — just far enough from the main town to relax, but close enough to enjoy a bit of nightlife if you want to.
