Very nice rooms, friendly staff and convenient hotel

I had a 3:30am work call after landing late the night before. I realized I had brought the wrong charger and, after not finding anything at the front desk, the person at the concierge desk lent me his own and told me how to order on via noon for same day delivery and even a backup plan if that didn't work. Above and beyond service!

A modern hotel with exceptional service from the Reception with a free upgrade to a Suite. Anoop Koshy & his crew in the Milwan restaurant greeted me every morning with a smile. Everyone there seems to know my name and know what I drink for breakfast. Special drinks to special dessert were offered, we really enjoyed the food. We enjoyed our stay here. Reception was kind to offer complimentary use of the lounge. Room was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing choice in Riyadh all the staff was polite and professional and special thanks to Mr. Saeed front office manager wich was very professional welcoming and very helpful. From the time we arrived they made us feel comfortable and looked after even though was a short stay it was very enjoyable. The room was clean,spacious,so comfy and with a breathtaking view.

The hotel is amazing and the location is great. Big thanks for Mr. Abdulaziz Mamdooh at reception. He was helpful and made my booking great. Facilities were very helpful and has gym and swimming pool with view. The restaurant was awesome and enjoyable. The room was very modern and comfortable.

I've been a frequent guest at this hotel due to its convenient location near my meeting venues. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing Le Méridien staff, particularly Mr. Wael, who has been exceptionally welcoming and exemplifies outstanding customer service. He always ensures that my stays are as comfortable as possible, often with generous upgrades. The entire staff consistently delivers warm and accommodating service.

On my most recent visit, I was upgraded to the executive suite, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The suite offers a stunning panoramic view of Riyadh’s bustling cityscape and radiates both space and luxury. This hotel has become my preferred choice for both business and leisure trips, and I look forward to returning time and again.

Unfortunately this can’t be rated as a 5 star hotel. Despite providing feedback to management the cleanliness standard is very bad and has not improved over the several weeks I have stayed in this property. The gym is probably the worst 5 start hotel gym I’ve been to and is extremely dirty. You can see sweat accumulating layers on the machines. Not to mention equipment is dates and many non operational.

It was my first time here and I was impressed by the decor and cleanliness of the lobby and I had dinner at the Milwan restaurant where they had the seafood night on that day. small but a very good spread I must say. And the service was equally good. Chef Nur Nobi was very sweet and made sure we enjoyed the food and the service.

The hospitality of the Milwan staff is incredible, they always welcomed us with big smiles 😊
They made an extra effort to organize a surprise birthday cake for our daughter, which made her really happy..

Highly recommendable hotel in great location, fabulously equipped and with a wide range of tasty food.
I would particularly like to emphasize the very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. From reception to restaurant, from room service to business lounge (with the great Alma) everyone is extremely service-oriented.

As we walk in the hotel, the door man greets us by names and open the doors, the reception team were helpful and warm, explained and oriented us.
The service team at the restaurant as well as the chefs were top notch. Great personalized conversation with everyone that I have met.
Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay here. The services were great, the breakfast was great and the lounge service was amazing.

I need to especially thank Amal for her service in the club lounge. She was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and helped out with any questions I had. She really made the stay even better and because of her, I will always upgrade for club lounge services at the Méridien.

If you’re coming to Riyadh for a visit, I highly recommend le Méridien. You’re close to everything and the hotel services are great. I do recommend also upgrading for the club lounge access.

This hotel is good location and saving

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien hotel, with excellent amenities and service throughout. However, the valet parking service fell short of expectations, lacking the efficiency and courtesy I had experienced elsewhere. Despite this, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing.
It was clean and very comfy. The view from up was nice, you will see the city.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and satisfying. The staff, specially Mr. Michael was very accommodating.
I would love to recommend it to my other friends.
