AMAZING STAY!
Pros:

Everything!! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Katy for helping with my boyfriend’s birthday surprise and for being all round wonderful. The hotel itself is clean and modern, we also ordered room service and food and drinks were lovely. Overall, highly recommend it is also in a quiet area.

Pros:

We loved our stay. We arrived very late on our first night due to a delay in our internal flight from Hanoi to Da Nang, but this late check in was easily accommodated. The room was stunning and had been nicely decorated for our honeymoon. Balcony views were above and beyond our expectations! The pool area was beautiful. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from Hoi An old town, which we knew, but we were surprised to find there was less nearby (e.g bars, food) than we had thought when planning, but we would still choose this hotel again for its peaceful location and as we liked it so much. This was our first stop on our Vietnam trip and it was an exceptional first impression! Thank you!

Cons:

If I was to be picky they could have been quicker re-stocking at breakfast, things went unnoticed until they were asked for. TV signal/sound didn't work in our room but we would have only had it on as background noise in the mornings getting ready, so it really didn't affect our stay.

Contact person on booking.com misquoted price about driver service and was very clueless and unhelpful when checking in. When checking out the receptionist tried to charge for items that they overlooked in the room or were not there to begin with. Not a great experience with problem solving from staff.
Location is far from old town and you will need a taxi when going around.

The hotel followed up saying they are sure they checked the umbrella was in the room when we checked in. I find this hard to believe because they claimed we took their slippers that were sitting in plain sight.

Lovely, quiet hotel away from the bustle of old town. A smaller place and not too busy. Loved the pool with the little bar. Convenient shuttle into town. Amazing service, thank you to Vivi!

Lovely relaxing stay. Staff couldn’t be nicer. If you want peace and quiet outside of town it’s perfect.
Pros:

Quiet location by the river. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Lovely friendly staff. Nice pool.

Cons:

It’s a 30 min walk into town. Not a problem for me but if location is important you may want to stay somewhere closer. It’s easy to get a grab bike which takes about 7 minutes. Breakfast was OK. Breakfast staff not very attentive - every day I had to ask for more fruit, more yoghurt, more glasses for juice, more spoons. They just need to keep an eye out for what is needed. If you have a junior suite there is no shower - a bath with a hand held shower attachment. I moved rooms because of this.

5 nuits à 3 dans la chambre 307, c’était très bien
Pros:

La tranquillité, le service et le cadre sont les atouts de cet hotel un peu vieillissant mais qui garde sont charme.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien et varié. Des excursions, la blanchisseries et les transferts proposés sont très utiles
À 10mn du centre avec un Chauffeur via Grab 100000vnd-150000vnd (2euros) ou 30 mn à pied
Et des vélos sont à disposition qui met le centre d’Hoi an à 15mn

Les chambres familiales sont en duplex, la 308 (dites vue sur la rivière) donné en arrivant n’est pas correct avec un grand matelas poser au sol en bas et un grand lit en haut
Nous avons demandé de voir une autre chambre la 307 qui est beaucoup mieux (la vue est très bien) avec 1 grand lit en bas et de l’espace pour poser les affaires et 2 lits simples en haut avec un second wc et lavabo en haut très appréciable à plusieurs (attention l’escalier est petit et raides ce qui pas adapté à des personnes âgées)

Cons:

Les 4% de frais précéder pour chaque paiement par carte et surtout le prélèvement de la réservation via booking qui n’est pas précisé
Le Spa en sous sol qui ne donne pas du tout envie

Hoi An est une ville magique et envoûtante
Pros:

L Hotel est situé à l'écart de la ville mais la location de scooters sur place nous a permis de découvrir les alentours avec notamment la découverte du beau Hoi An market très belle ambiance. La piscine de l'hôtel est magnifique et les chambres spacieuses offrent une vue incroyable. Le petit déjeuner ( petit buffet ) peut-être pris à l'extérieur au bord de la piscine.

Cons:

A notre arrivée, la chambre triple n'était pas prête et il a fallu régler un supplément pour le lit du petit fils alors que la réservation avait été faite dans ce sens. Le personnel ne débarrasse pas les couverts à l'extérieur aux abords de la piscine ( les verres et tasses peuvent y rester plusieurs jours...dommage ).

Très bon rapport qualité prix et hôtel au calme
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Excellente literie , chambre magnifique et accueil très sympathique de Katie :) un peu excentre mais vous pourrez rejoindre Hoi An très facilement en grab ou avec la navette de l’hôtel très pratique

Cons:

La musique d’ascenseur en boucle toute la journée… c’est très dommage!!Et le petit dej pourrait être un peu amélioré ( avec des produis locaux comme du café ou du thé vietnamien par ex ) mais c’est un détail 😉
