Parabéns à equipe pela recepção humana e profissionalismo!
Pros:

A cama é muito confortável, o chuveiro é bem quente caso seja necessário, é fácil de chegar, tem estacionamento próprio sem cobranças extras (esse é um ponto muito forte do hotel). Mas o que mais gostei foi da atenção e recepção dos funcionários! Em especial do Sr. Melo! Esse cara é super receptivo e muito humano! Ele faz a diferença no hotel! Parabéns.

Cons:

O local é muito úmido, o banheiro é pequeno e o box (cortina) não agradou muito! Não tinha aquecedor no quarto e estava bem frio.

Boa, mas tem condições de melhorar.
Pros:

A Equipe do Hotel era maravilhosa. Totalmente gentil, simpática e solícita. Dava até vergonha de reclamar de qualquer coisa. Muito prestativos.

Cons:

No quarto não tinha nenhuma mesinha pra apoiar utensílios ou até mesmo pra comer/lanchar. A cadeira que estava disponível no quarto estava quebrada. No banheiro, somente o chuveiro era quente, a torneira não. O ar-condicionado não funcionava na função de aquecedor. E o hotel em si não era silencioso, todo som reverberava como se alguém tivesse batendo na porta ou nas paredes do quarto.
