Everything I had hoped.
Pros:

clean and we were given an accessible room even though we didn't need it. It was enormous!!

Cons:

The desk agent tried to get us to pay to park in the hotel lot by saying that Moncton was safer than Toronto but still not completely safe. I found that odd.

Awesome customer service and comfortable facilities.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall it was a very good experience.

Cons:

It was not clear that we would have to pay for parking during booking.

The pool area could use a good scrub and updating and change out the plastic and paper glasses for mugs and real glass in the rooms
