Pros:

Very big room, super comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Cons:

No slippers to use when you go to the bathroom…you need to bring them from home otherwise you’ll stay barefoot. The coffee machine wasn’t working.

Good location, but not a lot of value for the money.
Pros:

The hotel is a quick walk to the Avenir Centre and many downtown restaurants.

Cons:

No glassware or bottled water in thr room. Continental beakfast was lacklustre for the price.

Pros:

-Courteous and efficient staff (thanks Trisha)
-Quick check-in and check-out
-Great location in walking distance to the Avenir Centre and some restaurants
-Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds
-Underground and outside parking available (at a cost)
-Delicious hot buffet breakfast available (at a cost)
-Monk10 restaurant attached to the hotel has amazing food for lunch and dinner at affordable prices

Cons:

-I would have liked to see more of a selection for the buffet breakfast but what was there was hot and delicious.

Le personnel devrait avoir une attitude plus ouverte et respectueuse!

Propreté, proximité, parking intérieur, piscine, arena de hockey balle

Cons:

Le personnel de l’hotel n’a pas pu gérer des voisins de chambres adéquatement, ne sachant plus quoi faire pour qu’il arrete de se plaindre, ils sont venu nous dire de ne pas faire de bruit a 7:30 pm.
Tres mauvaise gestion de conflits du personnel.

The conditioner dispenser was empty. The alarm clock was already set 4am, and it really disturbed our sleep.
