Pros:

Un excellent séjour dans cette hôtel particulièrement soigné. La proximité immédiate avec un petit centre commercial et la rue Old Ginza est pratique pour ceux qui souhaitent faire du shopping. Pour finir je tiens à souligner l'attitude du personnel, en particulier les hôtesses de l'accueil. Attentive, disponible et extrêmement professionnelle. Suite à l'oubli d’un effet personnel, l’equipe à réagi avec une grande efficacité et le suivi était régulier par e-mail. Les échanges étaient rédigés toujours avec soin et courtoisie.
Une adresse que je recommande tant par la qualité du lieu que pour l'excellence du service.
