Great unless you try to sleep in the twin room.
Pros:

The location on church street is great, the check in area is cozy and comfortable, the layout of the rooms and the areas to walk through above are cool, the bathroom was clean and pleasant to use, and the breakfast at Asama was delicious!

Cons:

The beds and pillows themselves in the twin room are the most uncomfortable I’ve tried to sleep on in a hotel. Couldn’t sleep so we checked out as soon as the front was open because we didn’t want to spend another night there, regardless of the fact that we couldn’t get a refund for the second night that we already booked. I’ve slept in various bad beds for the many military trainings I’ve done, and I’d rather choose one of those than try to sleep here again.
