商業施設の中にあるホテルでとても面白かった。旧軽のど真ん中なのでロケーションは最高。
Pros:

ロケーションは最高。部屋も作りが面白く、思った以上に快適。

Cons:

スタッフは外国人の方ばかりで日本語に難あり。英語が苦手でなければそちらの方が話が早い。

自分の部屋でくつろいでいる様な滞在！
Pros:

旧軽井沢の中心に有りアクセスが抜群でありながら
静かでゆったりと滞在出来るホテルです。従業員の方々も感じ良くフレンドリーです。

Cons:

午後､客室に滞在中に隣の倉庫？での作業が少しうるさくて残念でした。

Pros:

Great location. The room was spacious and nicely decorated though a bit dark. Service was very good. Free comfortable parking lot. Tasty breakfast.

Pros:

子どもたちがベッドにとても喜んでました。ハシゴ登ってはしゃいでいました。家族でも友達同士でも快適に泊まれる部屋でした。

サイコーの宿泊施設です。
Pros:

デザインが素晴らしく、回廊式の様々な動線も快適。過去で１番良いホテルだったと思います。部屋も各部屋が離れたコテージ風で内装デザインも申し分無し。スタッフの方は外国の方で、笑顔も可愛く誠実な対応でした。

Cons:

たった一つ残念だったのは湯船が無かったこと。
