Staff was courteous, everyone was so nice, we felt welcomed! Location was perfect for what we were in town to do, access to public transportation was great.
Only complaint is that a continental breakfast would be nice!

General manager and director of marketing were rude and lacked hospitality for the line of work they hold.
No one was at the FD when we checked in and we ended up waiting quite a bit of time before someone showed up.
We had been traveling all day and only planned to be in the room a few hrs before our next flight.
Requested a corner room which I did not receive based on the late time we checked in. If I had been aware of that I would have booked a cheaper room
Cleanliness
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the front desk staff. The lady who assisted us was very rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. We were given a different room from what we had originally booked, with no proper explanation or effort to resolve the issue.
Even more concerning, when we requested a bassinet for our baby, the front desk refused to provide one despite our request, showing a complete lack of empathy and customer service.
This experience left a very bad impression, and we will never return to this property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children

The staff is incredible. JANET (who said "just call me 'J' at the front desk) repeatedly referred to me by name the entire time I was there. We conversed and had a few laughs. The morning of departure, I went to get coffee and the staff over the breakfast area came all the way to where I was to check on me and offer fruit. Hands down, the staff makes this place great! I also appreciate the fact that I could park not too far away from the entrance and that it is free on weekends.
Because of the design of the room, it took a long time to find out how to turn the lights on in the bathroom. Also, I had to develop a scientific method to turn the shower off. One of the ice/water machines on the 3rd floor was not working. The one in the fitness center was working.
My valet experience at the AC Hotel in downtown Little Rock was overall pleasant during my stay from October 8–12, 2025. I especially want to recognize Mr. Adrian for his excellent service. He greeted me on my first night and was courteous, respectful, and very accommodating. He even assisted me with my luggage at check-in, which I greatly appreciated.
However, at check-out around 6 a.m., I had a noticeably different experience. The valet on duty at that time did not greet me or offer assistance with my luggage. While this may have been an early hour, a simple greeting or offer to help would have made the experience more consistent with the high standard of service provided by Mr. Adrian.
