Just OK for one or two nights but that's all.
Pros:

Location is good. Close to the river and many pubs and restaurants. Street parking outside the facility is possible, except on Saturday night when the locals are out and about.

Cons:

This is just a room. Nothing more. Nothing less. Self-service entry through the front door using an SMSed code was a bit hit and miss. Mostly miss. Thankfully for us our friends shared their front door code with us. Many other guests were not so fortunate.

Keyless entry. No one on site to book in. Must do electronically, download app and documents on phone, while standing outside in the wind, juggling phone bags and documents. Had to phone help desk. Process took one hour, standing outside. No one to remedy any problems which might occur. USB ports incompatible, no bedside light switch, had to get out of bed to room door to turn on a light. Only soap provided for toiletries. Non enclosed shower recess: whole of bathroom floor wet after shower. No hairdryer.

The phone assistance to actually get into my unit.

Cons:

Portal for ID it didn't work I eventually got access after dark!.NO parking esp for disabled .Blind broken in room I put a bag there for privacy. Hanger broken in wardrobe . Toit seat loose .No non slip shower.Fan in unsuited switch broken.

This was not what I expected and I believe I didn’t get my money’s worth for the stay.

Everything. The bathroom was full of mould, water leaked everywhere from the shower, the toilet seat was broken, hand basin was leaking onto the carpet, there was no parking despite the website advising there was secure parking, no ocean view despite requesting a room with a view and the property was very hard to locate.
