Excellent hotel and restaurant
Pros:

Amazing property in a great central location with extremely friendly and helpful staff aswell as a top level room that was excellent for a good nights rest and extremely comfortable

Cons:

There is nothing to be disappointed over however I did spend 20 minutes trying to get the sound working on the tv but the rest of the experience equals that's out

Nice but could do better
Pros:

Good stay in a really well located hotel. Staff super friendly but the terrace room needs a deep clean. I’m being critical here but we paid £1000 for four nights and found the cushions on the terrace in need of a clean. Bird sh’t on both sides of all of them and floor needs a sweep. Sofa and arm chair stained and TV a pain the arse to watch as you need to cast from your phone. I know, you don’t go on holiday to watch TV, but something in the background is nice. Please just hook up the aerial to get BBC / CNN / Sky. Anything please. Only passing on this advice to others who are thinking of spending a small fortune.
