Pros:

Great location for access to the old town and marina. Modern, comfortable room. Friendly staff and good breakfast with decent choice.

Cons:

Maid forgot to clean our room one day. Glazed partition between bedroom and en-suite not very discreet! Location was a bit noisy late at night/early hours.

48 hours in Alicante perfect place to stay..
Pros:

We had a great day the property was very central near the beach near the harbour and easy to get to everything… the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

We verbleven 3 nachten, maar dit is geen 4 sterrenwaardig hotel.
De kamer werd slecht schoongemaakt, haren en stof bleven liggen, water werd niet bijgevuld en glazen niet schoongemaakt. Daarnaast veel geluidsoverlast door slechte isolatie en harde klappende deuren. Onze kamer lag aan de zijstraat waar ’s ochtends busjes staan geparkeerd met het uitladen van de goederen voor het reataurants, alles was hoorbaar.
Ook het personeel zat vooral passief achter de computer, zonder actieve vriendelijkheid of gastvrijheid.
Voor deze prijs niet de moeite waard. Betaal liever iets meer en verblijf bijvoorbeeld bij Melia voor betere kwaliteit en locatie.

Breakfast has room for improvement. Although we arrived within the last hour before closing, the table was already quite empty and the selection was very limited.

A fabulous hotel in the heart of Alicante
Pros:

We only had a one night stay in Serawa hotel but it is truly a fabulous hotel to stay in. The staff our all so friendly and lovely Claudia who was on reception when we checked in was amazing and so helpful, giving us information on restaurants and bars to visit also helped me charge me phone and gave us an adapter as had forgotten to bring one. So Claudia thank you for all your help. All other staff extremely friendly. Our room was great too and breakfast in the morning was perfect and great value for money.
