Cons:

Desayuno horrible. Poquísimas cosas, y siempre todo acabado, no reponían cuando se acababa.
La habitación interior y muy oscura. Y mucho ruido de las máquinas de aire acondicionado de las demás habitaciones. Tapones obligatorios para los oídos…
Muebles rotos(la puerta del armario suelta y con bisagras oxidadas, mueble del baño todo gastado…)
El personal pasota de las necesidades, ni siquiera preguntan qué tal las estancia al irse.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and left with very positive memories 😊
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, with everything close by. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The breakfasts were good, although not very varied. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Cons:

The breakfast was quite limited and not very varied. During our 7-day stay, it was exactly the same every day, although what was offered was tasty. Another issue was the noise insulation in the rooms, which could be improved, as we were sometimes woken up at night by other guests.

Colazione di qualità scarsa, caffè espresso a pagamento (inaccettabile per un hotel 4 stelle). Posizione centrale (non è merito del personale)

Cons:

pulizia scarsissima (tende unte, polvere dappertutto, piumino del letto macchiato di non si sa ben cosa, acqua solo a pagamento... potrei continuare); personale poco solerte.

EL HOTEL ESTUVO MUY CORRECTO EN GENERAL. LA UBICACIÓN MUY CÉNTRICA.

Cons:

MEJORARÍA LA UBICACIÓN DE LA HABITACIÓN. NOS PUSIERON UNA HABITACIÓN SIN NINGUNA VISTA, DABA LA VENTANA A UNA GALERÍA CON DIFERENTES VENTANAS DEL HOTEL. UNA PENA!!!
