The staff is helpful. There are bicycles available for rental. The restaurant upstairs has good food for you to try if it rains. There are nearby restaurants within walking distance. The spa is good too. The room was spacious and comfortable. The place is easy for Grab drivers to find.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Highlight war, dass wir schon sehr früh da waren- Nachtzug - und uns angeboten wurde noch das Frühstücksbuffett kostenlos zu nutzen - mega!!!
Aber auch ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden m: ruhige Lage, nette Rooftop-Bar mit günstigen Preisen und das Essen war auch ok.

Special kudos to Hưng and the female staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot. The service from the entire staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate any reasonable requests and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast was very good, especially the fried rice, phở, and made-to-order egg station. The hotel also provides free bicycles, which is a great way to explore the area. The location is convenient and centrally located near many of Ninh Binh's popular landmarks.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for anyone visiting Ninh Binh. I would definitely recommend it!

Great stay! The staff was fantastic and the rooms were great. We could use their bikes and ride around and take in the scenery. Fantastic!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lalita Boutique Hotel. The hotel is really nice and cozy, the staff is willing to help and explain everything. Especially Hung the receptionist.

We had such an incredible stay and honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous - beautifully designed, spotless, spacious, and every bit as stunning as the photos online (which is surprisingly rare!).

The entire property is immaculate, and the pool area is just as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures - a perfect place to relax after exploring.
One of the absolute highlights each morning was the breakfast. The selection was exceptional, with so many fresh, delicious options, and everything was beautifully presented. It was genuinely one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hospitality was second to none.
A very special thank you to the delightful Hung and lovely Nguyen who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. They were unbelievably joyful, positive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their enthusiasm and genuine care made such a lasting impression. They are a real credit to the hotel, and we feel very lucky to have met them.
If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate - you won’t be disappointed. We’ll absolutely be recommending this hotel to our family and friends, and we’d love to come back again in the future.
