Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The airport transfer I requested was arranged easily, the location is excellent, the breakfast was wonderful, and the room was fantastic. The free bikes were a great extra. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to all my friends.

Classy experience in a medium sized hotel in central Ninh Binh!
Pros:

Everything about this place is great. The interiors are lovely and the friendly staff makes you feel welcome. The location is perfect and there’s a jacuzzi and steam room. The WiFi is strong and the water pressure is excellent. You can even order a massage downstairs. The breakfast is delicious too – high-quality Vietnamese food. If you’re looking for a bit of class and a memorable experience this is the place to stay!

My stay at Lalita was great. The room was clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful, food (both breakfast buffet and restaurant) amazing and with a decent selection of meals to choose from. Also had a massage at the spa, which was just amazing!
The hotel also provided free bike rental.
Highly recommended!!

Loved this hotel. Room was very modern and the staff are amazing. You'll need to rent a scooter to get around, or else grabs are plentiful. Reception organised scooter rental, massages, and were on hand to answer any question we had. Hope to be back one day.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre au 4ème étage sous le restaurant et donnant sur un chantier en cours. Nous avons été réveillés à 5h par le coq, puis 6:15 par le restaurant qui préparait le pdj et 7h par les ouvriers !!!
