From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note our hotel swimming pool will be closed until 30th September due to ongoing renovations at our 6th floor guestrooms and also for our swimming pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Nicely renovated room , value for money
Pros:

Rooms were large and spacious. Bed was comfortable . Location was convenient and there was ample parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Basic amenities were available on demand. No complaints for the price I paid.

Cons:

Noise from the exterior can be easilly heard. So soundproofing can be better .

Cons:

I was concerned to discover that the family suite did not have any windows, particularly as this was not stated in the property description. Given the room rate, the overall value felt insufficient. Access from the parking area, which is located in a separate building, was also rather run down. In addition, communication with the front desk lacked clarity. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
