Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note our hotel swimming pool will be closed until 30th September due to ongoing renovations at our 6th floor guestrooms and also for our swimming pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Stay was okay. Location was bad. Rooms were clean.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and good sized.

Cons:

They cleaned my room even though I had DND outside my door. Staff late at night is very rude and sleeping. Over all a sad experience. I forgot my card in the room as they only gave one card and then asked me to pay Rm50 for a new card which is very weird as I would return all the cards to them at checkout..

Nice room with quite location
Pros:

Newly revonated room quite big. Shower is good.

Cons:

Requested room with smoking as I am heavy smoker expecting window could be opened but unfortunately locked. Quite disappointing.

Cons:

Long waiting time to check in; I booked 2 rooms and one of the room had poor quality air conditioning and that my friend had to changed room at 11.30pm as the room was cool

Pros:

Size of the room was acceptable.

Cons:

Bathroom shower has no pressure when hot water is used. Be ready for long showers!
Bed bugs until I requested a change of bedsheets in the middle of the night.
