I was very pleased with the accommodations and the hotel is conveniently located near Namba and Nippombashi metro stations and shopping centers. I also how the local offerings for the breakfast buffet are changed up slightly daily. For example, one day okonomiyaki was served, the day it was takoyaki. It’s nice to have that offered to their visitors along with the usual American and European/Continental selections.
If you’re a light sleeper, subway lines are running underground and can be heard. It wasn’t a problem for me (I was on the 4th floor). Although I could hear it, the sound was muted and is possibly more attenuated on the higher floors.
The location and the cleanliness. the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and polite.

The location was great. My daughter & I loved the one bedroom suite which was very spacious and with all the amenities we needed even included a washer/dryer in the fully equipped kitchen. The hotel was modern and tastefully renovated in a lux shopping theme. Apparently the building in years gone by was a department store.
We only stayed 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer.
