Il distacco dell'energia elettrica per circa 7 ore anche se comunicato in anticipo.
Spacious room, great amenities, communal room, laundry room with many dryers and washing machines. 10 minutes walk from Namba station, well connected with other parts of Osaka and Kansai airport. Nice European-style breakfast.
No breakfast options for early departures (before 6am).
Staff was very friendly and perfectly english speaking. Big rooms, everything necessary was available

La localisation de l'hôtel, parfaite
La literie (mal au dos) et la chambre familiale, bcp trop petite, nous avions deux lits doubles collés, pas de place pour circuler dans la chambre qui était en longueur
Utility and location
Location, super clean, room is very comfortable and spacious , pillows and beds were really comfy
Bath drain is a bit clogged, so draining had to be gradual, not a lot of storage room

Just a small thing but the desk had some sticky stains when we arrived.
Location is really central, lots of good restaurants and stuff to see around. Our room was very spacious, definitely a nice break from the standard tiny rooms where you need to put your bag under the bed. The staff was very nice, we would happily come back
For the price we expected a bit more. The breakfast was very basic compared to what you can find in restaurants in osaka, washing clothes was more expensive than at the value hotels we stayed at and at night the floor vibrates from the trains on the 7th floor, it didn’t keep us awake but it’s good to have in mind if you’re a light sleeper
