Perfect hotel for exploring Osaka
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Osaka.
The room was a great size, had plenty of amenities, comfortable bed and access to an executive lounge area.
We loved the complimentary coffee & access to laundry facilities . Namba is a brilliant location & The Citadines is a great hotel.

Cons:

Bar prices a bit high, but plenty of local bars around.

Nice stay
Pros:

The staff was very professional and helpful

Cons:

The breakfast experience was disappointing. When we arrived at 8:30, approximately half of the dishes were no longer available. The staff did not appear to be in a hurry to replenish the food, and the coffee machine broke down twice during our visit. Overall, the impression of the breakfast restaurant was quite unpleasant.

Fantastic room
Pros:

Room was fantastic. It was clean and relatively large - it was the biggest room we had on our whole Japan trip, which made accessing our luggage and being able to re-pack our things really easy.

Cons:

It's a bit of a walk from the nearest station, which was a bit arduous with all our bags on arrival/departure, but was definitely manageable.

Das Zimmer ist gut, die Lage sehr zentral. Trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Das Bad ist eher ein Schrank. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit irgendetwas abzulegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet wahr nicht gepflegt

Not worth the expense

The location

Our room was in-front of the kids play room, I asked the office if they close it at any time and told yes, regrettably it didn’t and I’m a light sleeper
It was difficult to sleep. Also the food was not the best. Not much for an international menu. Eggs were always runny and cold. One machine for coffee and long lines to try to get a cup.

Great for families with little ones. Loved the child’s room!
Pros:

Provided infant cot - great condition and large/ very easy to use!
Provided high chair and infant bath which was amazing!
Large room and great we could bid for an upgrade ok the room so we got it a lot cheaper!

Cons:

Would be great if there was a spa! Some construction on the main road going on during our first night (?) but it did stop 😁
