Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, with a great location and friendly service
Pros:

The room was very spacious—three people fit comfortably without any issues. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Dotonbori. The staff was very friendly, and everyone spoke English. The hotel had a lovely design and was very clean.

Cons:

There was no coffee in the room; however, there was a designated area where you could get coffee and water. The breakfast buffet wasn’t very varied, but it was still satisfying. The coffee machine at the buffet often had very long lines because many people didn’t know how to use it. There are certain times when the buffet gets crowded, so it’s best to avoid peak hours.

Pros:

The location was central and within walking distance to a lot of the areas we wanted to visit. The train station was also easily accessible from the hotel. The room was very spacious and the hotel also had a lot of facilities

Super Zimmer und gute Lage für die Bahn/Metro.
Pros:

Riesiges Zimmer und super Küchenausstattung.

Cons:

Der große Kühlschrank war fast nur im Dauerbetrieb und relativ laut bzw. zu laut zum Schlafen. Über Nacht mussten wir deshalb den Stecker ziehen.

The room is spacious and comfortable and simply love the location. Will definitely return.
Pros:

Walking distance to many nice restaurants, shopping and the Namba train station. Very convenient location.

Cons:

The residence lounge was a bit bare.
