La amabilidad del personal y las habitaciones, bonito diseño, limpias y amplias. Buena ubicación.

Ottimo hotel in zona Namba
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, in zona Namba, che permette di girare buona parte del centro a piedi. Stazione del treno e della matrona 3minuti.
Ottima struttura e personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Buona colazione internazionale.
Consiglio vivamente la spedizione del bagaglio nella città successiva attraverso il servizio che l’hotel mette a disposizione.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel ! L’établissement est agréable, bien entretenu et nous nous y sommes sentis très bien dès notre arrivée. Le vrai point fort reste le personnel : toujours disponible, attentif, souriant et extrêmement serviable. Ils ont pris le temps de nous accompagner et de nous aider à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable dans un pays où la barrière de la langue peut parfois compliquer les échanges. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous repartons avec une très bonne impression et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.
