A special mention should be made of the lobby receptionist (male/bald) whose impatient communication style with guests should be improved. This was the hotel's only drawback.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene una recepción fantástica y la habitación además de amplia, era luminosa. El personal de recepción es muy amable y predispuesto, nos informaron de todos los servicios de los que disponíamos y el servicio de limpieza muy cuidadoso además de atentos a todos los detalles.
Además tiene plancha en la habitación, es algo fabuloso.
Desde luego merece muchísimo la pena hospedarse con ellos.

Au coeur d'Osaka
Pros:

Superbe emplacement, chambre très spacieuse, très bon rapport qualité prix. A proximité du coeur d'Osaka et des transports pour aller vers Nara/Kyoto. Très propre. Personnel accueillant, professionnel et gentil.

Cons:

Point d'amélioration: peu d'option végé/sans viande au buffet du petit-déjeuner.
