La piscina era poco più grande di una Jacuzzi, il bagno era pieno di formiche, i letti non erano particolarmente comodi, l'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa e la colazione, per quanto buona, era monotona e le porzioni non particolarmente abbondanti (ci hanno fatto pagare il secondo piatto che abbiamo richiesto per mio figlio che aveva ancora fame). Trovo che per i servizi offerti (mancava la TV e non avevano una spiaggia privata) il prezzo richiesto da questo hotel 2 stelle è decisamente troppo alto. Ci hanno fuorviato le foto sul sito che presentano una struttura 2 stelle come un hotel da 4...

.Súper recomendable hospedaje en Bacalar!
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, cerca del centro de Bacalar, restaurantes, farmacia etc. Hermosa vista de la Laguna desde el rooftop, bohemio y muy cómodo, alberca, muy buen desayuno incluído, el personal súper amable!

Cons:

Se puede mejorar un poco más la limpieza y la ropa de cama un poco desgastada al igual que las toallas.

Hotel stupendo, mega consigliato! Camera splendida, servizi super ( sia per i kayak che per la spa), piscina piccolina ma molto carina

Cons:

Siamo stati in piscina un’oretta e per quanto fosse vietato c’era una famiglia con due bambini che non facevano altro che tuffarsi e fare rumore. Non era certo colpa dell’hotel… ma magari una maggior sorveglianza alla piscina non sarebbe male

An sich hatten wir drei Nächte gebucht. Nach nur einer Nacht sind wir vorzeitig abgereist, trotzdem wurden uns zwei Näch
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, und das Zimmer war sauber. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich in der zweiten Reihe, daher ist die Aussicht leider sehr schlecht. Der Pool ist sehr klein, ungepflegt und zudem nicht sauber. Außerdem war es nachts sehr laut, da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bar befindet.

La piscina, la posizione, la gentilezza dello staff, acqua e caffè alla reception, gli asciugamani fatta a forma di cigno!

Nulla, solo che la camera era sopra al parcheggio interno.

Très bon logement pour séjourner quelques jours à Bacalar
Pros:

Tres bien situé pour tout faire a pieds.
Joli petit hôtel, chambre jolie, piscine bien agréable. C’est propre. Le personnel accueillant et sympathique.
À 2 pas de l’hôtel vous trouverez un resto mexicain très sympa : Mr Tacos
