Empfehlenswert. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.
Pros:

Zimmer in Ordnung und sauber. Tolle Aussicht, gepflegte Anlage.
Sehr netter Empfang, Rezeption ganztägig besetzt., welche uns sehr viele hilfreiche Infos gegeben hat (haben Taxis und Tagesausflug unkompliziert und zu absolut fairen Preisen über die Rezeption gebucht).
Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Wie überall in Mexiko leben gefühlt 100 Hunde in der Nachbarschaft -.- leider auch hier immer wieder bellende und winselnde Hunde nachts. Das Bett war recht klein, sowohl in der Breite als auch Länge (wer größer als 1.70m ist hat die Füße im Freien).

Sugiro colocarem mais cadeiras na piscina.
O chao do banheiro molhava quando usávamos o chuveiro.

Great location, great accommodation and delightful staff
Pros:

For us, Oasis Hotel and Suites was perfect accommodation. The location was excellent as the lagoon was close by as were shops and a good selection of restaurants. However, after two weeks of travelling around the Yucatan Peninsula we were really looking forward to self catering for a few days and Oasis allowed us to do that. Our studio apartment was spacious with the bedroom sectioned off from the dining and seating areas which we liked. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge and large freezer, a microwave, a 4 burner gas hob, a cafetière plus cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There was a large drinking water dispenser for our use and a lot of thought had gone into the apartment including plants and a lovely personalised welcome message. The bed was large and comfortable and the A/C was very efficient. There was an excellent level of cleanliness throughout the property and although breakfast wasn’t included, Steven would make arrangements for you at a nearby café. All staff were courteous, professional and friendly and had a very good knowledge of the local area. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

3 jours bien cool a Bacalar
Pros:

Petit hôtel de 10 chambres + 1 appartement avec une belle piscine. Le personnel est très agréable et s'occupe de vos réservations d'excursions (la lagune en 5h avec les rapides est géniale). L'hôtel est situé a 5 minutes à pied du village très cool et le linge peut être lavé. Le terminal du bus est a 2km (50 pesos en taxi). Petit dej varié a côté de l'hôtel. Tout était parfait on a adoré. Mr tacos restau cool, bon et pas cher

Cons:

Rien, peut être ajouter un fil ou un étendoir pour faire sécher les serviettes...

Pros:

Les agents du personnel sont des rayons de soleil et rendent votre séjour encore plus agréable, ils sont souriants, prévenants et disponibles !
La chambre est très très propre.
La piscine est très agréable.
L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de toutes les commodités.
Les équipements de la chambre sont géniales : frigo, café, thé mis à disposition, eau !
Douche chaude avec pression, savon et shampoing.
Je ne comprend pas les commentaire sur la taille de la chambre car tous est précisé dans la description donc pas de surprise. Le prix reste correcte par rapport au service et à l'emplacement.

Pros:

Grande chambre confortable avec une petite kitchenette et balcon. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Jolie piscine.Proche du centre-ville des restaurants et de la lagune. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner avant 8 h (embêtant quand on a une excursion), difficile de régler la température de la douche

We overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.
Pros:

Room was a good size. Very comfortable
We had balcony overlooking the pool.
Location close to restaurants, Centro Plaza, & the lagoon.
Staff was friendly & helpful

Cons:

Issues with barking dogs at night, but that’s beyond the control of the hotel.
Suggest ear plugs. We forgot ours. :-(

A perfect place to stay
Pros:

We have stayed at Oasis many times over the years because it is always wonderful. The pool, location and our room were perfect.

The staff Mario, Karla and Stephen are great and always make our stay exceptional. They are always friendly and very helpful. We will look forward to seeing them again next year!
