Ottima struttura soprattutto se viaggi in treno
Pros:

L’hotel si trova appena fuori dalla stazione di San Gallo e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Quindi in posizione strategica per visitare la città. La camera in perfetto ordine, pulitissima, bagno confortevole. In camera presente una macchina nespresso con alcune cialde e te. Self check in e out molto comodo. Consiglio: appena fatto il check in mi è arrivata la carta trasporti gratuita per girare in città.

Pros:

The front desk staff and the staff responsible for preparing breakfast were all very friendly, warm, and welcoming. The location is really convenient. Right in front of the train station.

Cons:

One of the main reasons I chose this accommodation was because it had air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke during the two days of my stay.

I understand that appliances can sometimes break unexpectedly. However, my room faced west and became extremely hot during the day, and it remained very hot even at night. The window also could not be opened very wide, so there was very limited ventilation.

Under these circumstances, I believe the hotel should have avoided assigning guests to west-facing rooms, especially when the air conditioning was not working. What was even more disappointing was that no discount, compensation, or alternative arrangement was offered.
