Pros:

Hotel di design molto curato. Ottima colazione. Stanza di giuste dimensioni moderna e con bella vista. Complessivamente però lontano dallo standard della stessa catena di Londra.

Mi aspettavo di poter mangiare a qualsiasi ora come a Londra.

Mehr erwartet, leider enttäuscht.
Pros:

Lage, Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß und das Ambiente in der Lobby war sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht. Das Zimmer war nur für eine Person vorbereitet. Nach Reklamation wurde dann zeitnah nachgearbeitet. Die Sauberkeit war mäßig und der Blick aus unserem Zimmer (x05) ging genau auf eine etwa 1,5m entfernte Betonmauer. Das war Knastfeeling pur. Die Mitarbeitenden waren wirklich alle sehr freundlich. Leider war das Personal zu dünn besetzt. Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlte ständig irgendwas. Eier, Teller, Besteck, Tassen, Orangensaft. Die Mitarbeitenden kamen einfach nicht hinterher mit Nachfüllen, Kaffeespezialitäten servieren und Tische abdecken. Alle waren wirklich sehr bemüht, aber mindestens zwei Personen mehr wären sinnvoll gewesen.

Locatie van het hotel was goed. de prijs viel niet tegen. De bar in het restaurant was goed. En het ontbijt was top!

Cons:

De "airco" viel erg tegen. de kamer was niet kouder te krijgen helaas.

Leider keine dauerhafte Parkmöglickeit am Hotel. Das Partnerparkhaus liegt ca. 7 Laufminuten entfernt.

Hotel v središču mesta, 100m od glavnih ulic in barov, top lokacija priporočam, recepcija hotela je top osebje zelo prijazno, zajtrk vrhunski, lep bar v hotelu, blizu je garažna hiša.

PARA VOLVER A DISFRUTAR.
Pros:

Para empezar la ubicación del hotel está genial.
La recepción excelente y gracias a la chica canaria que se encuentra en ella, su simpatía y lo bien que nos explicó las instalaciones del hotel y lugares cercanos para visitar.
Los pasillos del hotel con moqueta para que no suenen las maletas o los pasos.
Muy insonorizado.
La habitación era espectacular, el baño nos pareció una maravilla, sobretodo la ducha e innovador. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Y ese detalle del amplificador por si se quería usar en el salón. Aparte hay un libro donde te enseña sitios para visitar y disfrutar de comida.
El bar muy bien con buenos cócteles y una terraza encantadora.

Bequeme Betten, sehr sauber und sehr zentral.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen sind sehr rückenschädlich. Es gab zwei Afterpartys, über die wir vorab nicht informiert wurden. Die Lärmbelästigung war dadurch sehr hoch.
