Unfair relocation
Pros:

The Ruby Luna location and vibe.

Cons:

When we arrived for check in at Ruby Luna, we have been relocated to Ruby Leni, which had clearly less modern facilities in a less good location. We expected and asked for a partly refund but all we got was a free breakfast. We consider that was not fair (at all).

Excelente localização em Dusseldorf
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e a região central de Dusseldorf; o café da manhã era muito bom!

Cons:

O quarto não estava preparado para 2 pessoas apesar de constar na reserva, tinha apenas uma parte da roupa de cama e toalhas.
