Hotel despreparado

Somente a localização.

Cons:

O check-in atrasou, a cama de casal era, na verdade, duas camas solteiro encostadas e uma espécie de acolchoado cobrindo as duas o que deixava o colchão extremamente desconfortável. Banheiro muito pequeno e o quarto grande, mas este não tinha uma poltrona de apoio, o cofre não funcionava, a limpeza não existiu, na troca de roupas de cama deixaram-nos sem lençol para cobrir, em outro dia o lençol era apenas um pedaço de pano que socorrida os pés. O café da manhã apenas razoavel, não tinha opções de frios e de pães. No segundo dia voltamos ao hotel depois das 14 h e o quarto não tinha sido arrumado. Uma lástima. Já outro dia a limpeza não repôs o papel higiênico, o rigando-nos a buscar com a arrumadeira no corredor. A TV era antiga e mal conectava a programação. O Booking deveria credenciar melhor seus hotéis.

Pros:

Café da manha muito bom, restaurante do hotel muito bom também, quarto limpo funcionários super prestativos, o pessoal ate me deixou ficar em uma vaga na garagem que tinha uma tomada perto, na qual pude carregar meu carro elétrico, show de bola.

Cons:

Muito barulho a noite, não dava pra saber se era externo ou no hotel, parecia do quarto ao lado que tinha uma parede que me parecia de gesso e sem acústica uma musica as 06 da manhã, realmente não soube identificar se era externo do hotel ou interno, mas pode ter sido um evento isolado, voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel sim.

Pros:

Localização muito boa, com estacionamento parceiro ao lado. O café da manhã tem boas opções. A equipe é extremamente prestativa e conseguimos fazer check-in e check-out com muita agilidade e eficiência. TV moderna.
