Stay for a family of five
Pros:

The location and room were great. It was just a few blocks from old town which was really convenient. Parking is on your own, but there is a garage two blocks away. It was not the cheapest, but it was handy. The reception is open 24 hours which was good because we were late coming from the airport. Even with that, the person behind the desk was kind and helpful. Check in was easy! The room was clean and had fans which helped because there was no air conditioning. Plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and clean and everyone had a good place to sleep. It was on a quiet street so leaving the windows open overnight was not a problem.There is a grocery store right across the street making it easy to pick up snacks or breakfast.

Cons:

Actually, this was a great stay and there is not anything negative to say.

For larger groups of friends or families with kids, perfect home base for exploring Munich!
Pros:

The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the location was quiet and felt very safe. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the central plazas but for the price, hard to beat location!
