Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et la propreté de la chambre

Cons:

L'absence de climatisation. Les bagarres et cris des gens sous les fenêtres toute la nuit

Great hotel! Quiet, perfect location to walk to so many things. Great little restaurants near by. Close to several train stations. Comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Would have loved some water and coffee in the room and maybe one extra fan for the larger room in the family suite.

Ruim appartement centraal gelegen. Schoon, maar wel warm en met matige raambekleding.

Cons:

Het was erg warm. Er was geen goede raambekleding,
zodat de zon niet goed buiten gehouden kon worden en de kamer heel licht was. In de slaapkamer stond wel een mobiele airco, echter de slapers in de woonkamer hadden het erg warm en de zon scheen precies boven het bed in de ochtend naar binnen.
Advies aan accommodatie: voor alle ramen verduisterende zonwerende raambekleding zal vast in temperatuur schelen en voor een betere nachtrust zorgen.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a family

I did not like anything

Cons:

The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The fan provided was not enough for three people, and the small fan did not even work. The room was also not as clean as expected, and the space was far too small for three people. In my opinion, this hotel is not suitable for families, especially during warm weather.

I paid €165 for the stay, and I honestly feel that the experience did not justify the price. I later booked another hotel by paying €175/-, and the difference was unbelievable. The other hotel had multiple fans, a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, a balcony, a much bigger bathroom, and, most importantly, a much cooler and more comfortable room.

After checking out, I contacted the hotel and specifically asked them not to deduct the city tax, as we had already checked out and did not stay for the full intended experience. Unfortunately, they did not even communicate with me about this request and still charged the tax.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the value for money and the way my concerns were handled. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to families.

Great location but too hot in summer

I really liked it and great location and clean

Cons:

They had only ventilators no AC and our ventilator didn’t worked and I mentioned that and they didn’t fix it for the second night :)

It was very good
Pros:

I liked the location, it was close to main touristy areas. The room as spacious and very clean and the receptionist was very nice and kind.

Cons:

I wish it had air conditioning, but we already knew it did not, so it did not dissapoint. Rooms have a lot of big windows so it is well ventilated.
