Praktische Lage, geräumiges Zimmer, schlampiger, nachlässiger Zimmerservice.

Zentrale Lage / Aufzug
Check-In im Schwesterhotel ok

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung absolut mangelhaft.
Außer einem oberflächlich gemachten Bett und einem ausgeleerten Mülleimer wurde nichts gemacht.
Weder gekehrt noch gesaugt.
Am Boden befindliche Brösel und Schmutz wurden "übersehen"....
Beschwerde bzw. Mängelmitteilung an Rezeption am Abreisetag war nicht möglich - Rezeption trotz Zusage nicht besetzt.
Lärmpegel -insbes. nachts- rund im das Sendliner Tor enorm.

Cons:

Il cuscino, per mia moglie non era comodo (esigenze personali).
V'è stata una sera (sabato 11/04/2026) l'acqua non arrivava calda, Non potevo andare alla reception (è situata in altra strada molto vicina) dato che eravame già pronti per andare a letto per alzarsi prestissimo il giorno dopo. Domenica sera, al ritorno. c'era l'acqua calda. (problem solved)

Vriendelijk personeel maar gedateerde kamer

Het hotel ligt zeer centraal. Het personeel is uiterest vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is schoon.

Cons:

Echter daar is wel alles mee gezegd. De kamers zijn gedateerd en je kunt je afvragen af de prijs-kwaliteit daarmee niet uit verhouding is. Het bed is spartaans, je voelt de vering. De vloerbedekking en badkamer hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Gehorig, je hoort de gasten lopen op de gang. Dat is erg vervelend aangezien de lift het ‘s avonds niet deed?? Daardoor moesten mensen juist de trap gebruiken en daarmee dus meer overlast.

Prima als tussenstop, maar volgende keer neem ik liever een rustiger plek.

Cons:

Er hing een muffe geur, wordt er gerookt? Veel geluid van buiten, om half 7 ‘s ochtends begonnen ze met het legen van containers en dat ging bijna een half uur door.
