Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé.
Extérieur piscine très agréable.
Bon rapport qualité prix.
Employé de la réception disponible et agréable

Cons:

La première chambre que l'on m'a attribué au 1ier étage ne correspondait pas à la description présente sur booking, à savoir 2 lits simples sans balcon vs 1 lit double avec balcon.
Équipements très vétustes des chambres du 1ier étage en général avec des odeurs de "renfermé".
Heureusement, j'ai pu avoir le lendemain une chambre avec balcon et lit double au 2ieme étage, beaucoup plus agréable . Chambre qui correspondait cette fois-ci, à la description de booking.

A great start to a new experience
Pros:

The staff and location. Ahmed and Muhammad couldn't be more nice and helpful, and the location is near everything you need.

Cons:

Our room needed an upgrade. The bath should be cleaner instead of stained, and the sliding door to the patio couldn't be locked but the room felt secure. They were painting the lobby so maybe they are currently improving things

Un emplacement idéal, un personnel aux petits soins, des petits déjeuners simples mais complets. Chambre spacieuse un peu vétuste mais les rénovations sont en cours. La piscine est un plus très agréable. Un 10/10 pour la propreté !

Pros:

This hotel was exceptional value , the staff couldn't have been more attentive, big unheated pool and good location. The bathroom was tired but for the money it was more than good enough. We had a room overlooking the pool with a balcony , the roadside rooms may be a little noisy but the roads were empty at 9pm. We used the taxi pick up service , booked with the hotel, which was flawless and inexpensive .

FALTA DE RESPETO !!!

Somos clientes fijos connmi hijo cada vez que vamos Agadir, pero está vez quise agregar un adult extra amigo de mi hijo marroquí, lo pregunté ek dia 1 que estuve ahí alojada y me dijeron que no, al regresar el día 5 el amigo de mi hijo nos acompañó a la habitación a dejar maletas u el señor de recepción espero que yo fuera a comprar a la esquina y lo llamo para echarlo diciendo que no se podía acostar conmigo ahí! Lo cual me parece una falta de respeto horrible !! Hacia mí, hacia mi hijo que tiene 23 años y el amigo que tiene 24! Cuando nosotros ya lo consideramos de nuestra familia 😡

Cons:

Pase muy mal momento, cuando ese señor insinuó tal gesto horroroso! Lo cual me arruinó mi último día en Agadir, incluso me dijo que yo no quise pagar para que se quedara el chico, cuando lo pregunte el domingo día 1 y no me dejó ! Por no querer pagar no fue la historia, el señor nos faltó el respeto y ya !!

Pros:

Somos clientes habituales de este hotel lo conocimos la primera vez que visitamos Agadir, y cada vez que vamos repetimos por ubicación y relación calidad precio

Cons:

Está estancia estuvo sin ningún inconveniente a diferencia de la siguiente que fue del día 5 al 6 que nos regresamos 😔
