Bien placé petit déjeuner bien tous qu’on avait besoin

I have stayed here a lot over the years. Always kind, friendly helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained and they have just redecorated it so it looks so well . Lovely pool area cared for of each day by Mohammed who takes pride in his work and is so welcoming to the guests.The rooms,are spacious and comfy all in all such good value and well located for sight seeing, dining, beach and shopping..

Hôtel agréable, propre et confortable. Le fait que le petit déjeuner soit compris est très appréciable. Belle piscine dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter vu la température.

Room for improvement.
Pros:

The staff were professional, attentive and very efficient. The dining area was spotless as was the pool area. The breakfast was excellent .Having the front door opened for me was first. Reception was bright and airy. My room was huge and the view was nice. Believe me, the bathroom was bigger than some other rooms I have stayed in. The hotel was close to restaurants and shops and had two museums minutes walk away. When the new concert hall is finished it will be a five minute walk .

Cons:

Let's face it the Kamal is a three star hotel that could be a four star with just a few adjustments. Repainting the room and replacing a few fixtures and fittings would go a long way. For example the TV didn't work, some of the lights were broken even though they did work. The sink in the bathroom had a faulty plug which meant it took ages to drain. There was a safe but no key. A mini fridge would be a great addition. And a kettle. These were minor problems for me as I am used to living in much more spartan conditions. However other guests may not feel the same way. It may be mine was the only room in this condition but it would be very unlikely. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I thought some or all of my suggestions were acted upon.

Bon emplacement ,très bon rapport qualité / prix , personnel très gentil
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé , nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité et proche de la plage aussi.
Le personnel est très gentil et fait le maximum pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible
L’hôtel est en rénovation et s’embelli , à chaque passage à Agadir j’y loge
