Harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi!
Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj. Kahvaltısı da oldukça lezzetli . En çok hoşuma giden şey ise personelin inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olmasıydı. Gerçekten kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Kesinlikle tekrar gelirim, herkese tavsiye ederim!

太差了，零下7度的萨拉热窝，这个酒店居然没有暖气！！

仅有地理位置好，且有电梯。

Cons:

1、难以想象，1300一晚的酒店没有暖气，在晚上零下7度的萨拉热窝！只配了个暖风机，也能叫有暖气吗？这年头连空调都没有的酒店，真是太差了！
2、入住的时候，卫生间地上还是全是脏脚印，这个卫生搞了还是没有搞，一眼便知。
3、厕所的纸巾，不懂为什么是放在靠近地板的位置，入住的时候，厕所的纸巾甚至是上个房客用完剩下的！
真的很差很差，两三百的酒店可能都比这好吧

Perfekte Location für einen Aufenthalt in der geschichtsträchtigen Stadt. Bestens umsorgt!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt im Zentrum, dennoch nicht laut. Das Personal ist ganz besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt! Nettes Café im Dachgeschoß! Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß!

Cons:

Dem Haus könnte eine behutsame Sanierung nicht schaden.

Pros:

The hotel has a perfect location – right in the city center, just steps away from museums, bars, restaurants, and public transport. The staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was good. The value for money is excellent.

The hotel is located on the rooftop (top floor), offering a beautiful view over the rooftops of Sarajevo.

Great location and value
Pros:

Location, big rooms and comfortable beds, very helpful owners. Easy to access the hotel and also all of the sights in Sarajevo. Cafes in close distance. Free magnet on check in and complimentary water for the first night. Bath slippers and robes with extra towels provided.

Cons:

About dated decor but we don’t spend much time indoors.

Helpful, kindhearted personnel and good location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. It was near to almost all touristic places. The personnel of the hotel was warm blooded and always has a smile face.

Cons:

It would be great if there is any parking lots. Also, the trams pass so close to the hotel uproariously, which may give you some anxiety while you are sleeping. There were two seperate beds for your big bed request which makes your sleep unconfortable but I am sure it can be managable.
