Pros:

It was immaculate and close to the station. The room was beautiful and spacious.

Cons:

The staff seemed a little off. I had some food delivered and they did not allow it to be delivered to the room. When I came down to get it I asked for a soda and I felt really rushed. There wasn't a language barrier but it seemed like they didn't want me in the general area where people were coming in and out and I felt strange.

Staff very helpful when I needed to change my room.
Pros:

Big tip. Book a room with a city view. So lovely watching the snow. Original i booked a deluxe king, but it had a very small window overlooking the back carpark. Luckily they let me change it to a king (down graded) but with a much larger window with a city view on a high floor (12th). Unfortunately I couldn't get the cheaper room rate because I had booked through booking.com. however the smaller room with the city view was so much nicer than the deluxe king.
