Staff very helpful when I needed to change my room.
Pros:

Big tip. Book a room with a city view. So lovely watching the snow. Original i booked a deluxe king, but it had a very small window overlooking the back carpark. Luckily they let me change it to a king (down graded) but with a much larger window with a city view on a high floor (12th). Unfortunately I couldn't get the cheaper room rate because I had booked through booking.com. however the smaller room with the city view was so much nicer than the deluxe king.

Great hotel. Roof top bar, great rooms, late check out and proximity to all forms of transport.
Pros:

We have stayed at the Hyatt Centric in Kanazawa three times in the past two years. Every time the service, rooms and facilities were exceptional. We also asked for a last-minute room change on one occasion and this was no problem at all as there were other rooms available at the time.

Cons:

Can't fault this hotel. Roof top bar, great rooms, late check out and proximity to all forms of transportation. It's also really close to a great izakaya but that's a secret!

立地最高！朝食は和食がおすすめ（おいしい！）
Pros:

結婚15周年記念のお祝い旅行でした。まず金沢駅前という最高のロケーション。金沢が初めての旅行客である我々には行動しやすい立地でした。ホテル内もFancyな空間で非日常を味わうことができました。スタッフの対応も良く快適に過ごすことができました。ディナーはホテルのレストラン「Five Grill」で季節のコース料理を堪能。朝食は和食と洋食がありましたが、和食が最高に美味しかったです。思い出に残る旅行になりました。

Cons:

アメニティが少ない。Fancyホテルは2-3日分の洗顔セット（クレンジング、洗顔、化粧品、乳液）が完備している場合が多いです。しかし、こちらのホテルはDHCの試供品セットが1回分のみ。昨日、あわてて旅行用の洗顔セットを近くのLOFTで購入しました。

Five Grillのコース料理ですが、料理の提供時間が非常に長いです。メインのお肉が出てくる頃には私たちはもうお腹いっぱいになってしまい、早く部屋に戻りたい心境でした。

Booking.comのレコメンドで「オーシャンビュー」とあったので追加料金を支払って選択しましたが、実際は海はみえませんでした（ハイアットセントリック金沢はオーシャンビューの部屋は存在しないそうです。これは、Booking.comの不手際ですね）。
