La propiedad es horrible nada que ver con las fotos esta en un lugar inseguro el parqueadero a tres cuadras no hay personal ya que es un edificio viejo

corridor petit, nous devions monté les valises dans les escalier entre l'ascenseur qui s'arrête au 3ième et la chambre au 4e. corridor et ascenseur étroit et peu éclairé

Arrivée de soir, je ne suis pas trop peureuse mais je n’aurais pas été prendre une marche, je ne me serais pas senti en sécurité. Par contre, au matin, un beau parc est attenant à la maison et invitait à marcher

Was a nice stay. Great location, very clear service (self check-in), clean, great surroundings, really good breakfast. Communication is trough calls and messages and works great for me. Helpful and friendly staff.

Property is completely different from what is advertised.
Run down and dirty.
Staff is trying to run this place on what’sapp, they take forever to respond and blame everything on the building manager.
They are renting out rooms in a residential building, that clearly has an issue with them doing so. Trying to get in is a disaster. I with I could upload the text it says (don’t ring the doorbell must show text to guard and tell him a password) what a joke.
Do not waste you time. There are plenty of actual hotels around for the same price.
Do not be fooled by the pictures!

The hotel was in a great location near the pier; however there were weird noises in the room (sounded similar to mice but not sure what it was) and a weird odor coming from the bathroom.

Very small....the only thing I can’t stand is dirty or non maintained bathrooms. They should really renovate the bathroom. It’s a very old place that has been covered in cheap paint. The elevator seems more like a death trap the a elevator for a hotel. Paga un poco más y quédate en cualquiera otro hotel.

Pepe's house is a gem of a guesthouse. The location is just wonderful, right next to the Malecon near the ferris wheel. Contact and customer service by WhatsApp is just super and much appreciated during a pandemic. The room is big, clean and comfortable. I loved it there and just booked another night for a return trip.

Convenient location, walking distance to the main road along the river. It’s a hostel, so the walls are thin and you can hear everything outside. The bathroom is really old, looks dirty but it’s not. Very affordable so worth it for a night. Heads up: beds are full-sized mattress, not queen. Staff is nice and accommodating, we checked in a few hours early and they also provide luggage storage.

Very comfortable here! Neighborhood noises are nothing that the hotel can control. The hotel itself is quiet and calm. Elias is great.

A great stay in Guayaquil! The room was very comfortable, the space welcoming, the breakfast tasty. The staff, including the owner, could not have been more friendly and helpful!

The place is beautiful, safe, clean and just like in photos. The comunication with the staff is excellent, they are not at the apartment but is a direct comunication all the time (better that in some place with face to face attention), via whatsapp, including maps and recommendations for restaurants.

Grata sorpresa. Las zonas comunes amplias, mi habitación muy cómoda, tiene un toque vintage y moderno. Me gusta que tienen muchas plantas y un gusto muy sobrio en la decoración. Está cerca a muchos atractivos turísticos del centro de la ciudad y desde la sala y el balcón se tiene una hermosa vista de El Malecón. Aunque ahora trabajan sin contacto (esto me sorprendió), todo el tiempo te dan info y soporte por teléfono y WhatsApp. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y el café pasadito delicioso.

Amazing an minimalistic place. Close to everything. Clean, good breakfast. I'll be back for sure and maybe goes to the other Pepe's House in Cuenca too.

Great location. Juan is very helpful. Quiet
