Lage ist sehr gut und liegt zentral. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Flussblick. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Und beim auschecken haben wir noch ein Geschenk mitbekommen.

Top-Lage, Traum Terrasse, absolut ruhig. Sehr liebevoll, tolle, freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen, Chefin positiv präsent. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Backwaren: Brötchen Convenience Food, leider.
Gehört in ein solches historisches Juwel eine Klimaanlage - sind wir selbst gespalten. Bei dieser brutalen Hitze wäre es natürlich schön gewesen.

Ein sehr schöne Schloßhotel mit einem romatischen Abend auf der Flußterrasse.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Altstadtspitze, wo Inn und Donau zusammenfliessen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kann Abends bei Kerzenlicht auf der Hotelterrasse sitzen und auf den Inn schauen. Bei dem extrem heißen Wochenende (ca. 39 Grad im Schatten) kam eine kühle Brise vom Fluss. Da das gebuchte Zimmer im Dachgeschoss zu heiß war, bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein wesentlich größeres Zimmer im 1. Stock. Die Betreiber und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und angenehm temperiert.

Exceptional facility with gracious host and staff
Pros:

I don’t generally rate properties. Schloss Ort is a rare exception. If you plan on spending a night in Passau, do consider this pleasant hotel.

Cons:

Everything was exceptional. Staff ownership caters to guests in every way. I have nothing but great memories of our stay.
