Le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait dans le Yucatan.
Pros:

Chambre bien équipée (coup de coeur pour le hamac), très propre. Complexe très satisfaisant, très bien entretenu. Petit-déjeuner complet et bon. Personnel très sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement.

Sandra and her team go above and beyond for their guests. A comfortable stay in a good location
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was great and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space around the hotel to use at your leisure.

Lovely garden sanctuary at good location
Pros:

The hotel is five minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of town so even though it’s very easy to get there, it is very quiet and peaceful. We loved the landscaped gardens around the pool. We also really loved our room which was very clean and very nicely laid out and prepared by the housekeeping every day. The pool has good beds too for relaxing. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Mainly just the food and drink. We would like to see traditional Mexican options for the breakfast. We also would like to have filter coffee or some other kind of coffee as we didn’t like the pod coffee they had. There is no coffee or tea facilities in the room either. The margaritas were very sweet and the tequila not very nice.
