Good stay but need more amenities
Pros:

Good location. Very clean. Spacious room. Good view.

Cons:

No fridge. No kettle or mugs (we got a kettle from the reception after asking). No tea or coffee. Small bathroom. Too expensive for money for value.

Very comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

Commodious property with a strong and welcome Yale vibe. The bar and restaurant are both above average for New Haven. The parking situation is not clear. The property offers valet parking but you appear to have to request it. On-street parking is available in from of the property in a section of New Haven where it is safe to leave the car overnight, That parking is metered during the day. Quiet even in rooms facing Chapel Street.

Pros:

Расположение отеля очень хорошее – недалеко от университета Йель, отель чистый, комфортный, номер также был теплый, сухой, чистый, все было нормально, никаких претензий нет

Cons:

Из минусов – пришлось просить зубные щетки, зубные принадлежности и тапочки, но я думаю, это тоже небольшой недочет и к претензиям даже не отнесу

When I am in town, THIS is my hotel.
Pros:

from the moment we were greeted at the curb side, it was an awesome experience dealing with the staff. Our rooms were large, neat, clean and with great light/vista with large windows.

Cons:

I have nothing to add here - there was nothing we didnt like.
