Pros:

I have stayed there before. The lobby, the books, the design, the friendliness of all staff, the cookies, . I have stayed a good number of times before, and I have stayed in your Philadelphia facility.

La posizione è comoda se devi lavorare al campus. La stanza spaziosa.

Cons:

il ristorante ha sempre lo stesso menu e sono poco flessibili e le opzioni non rispecchiano tutti i tipi di necessità. E come gia riconosciuto da tanti, sono molto lenti nel servizio. attese di 1h per un piatto. Troppo costoso per la cuantita e qualita offerta. Colazione senza offerte con frutta o yogurt normali, cereali solo con glutine. Il bagno delle stanze si potrebbe riformare. Lo staff, a seconda del turno, include personale che non sa getire le necessita degli ospiti e che è molto lento.

Good stay but need more amenities
Pros:

Good location. Very clean. Spacious room. Good view.

Cons:

No fridge. No kettle or mugs (we got a kettle from the reception after asking). No tea or coffee. Small bathroom. Too expensive for money for value.

Very comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

Commodious property with a strong and welcome Yale vibe. The bar and restaurant are both above average for New Haven. The parking situation is not clear. The property offers valet parking but you appear to have to request it. On-street parking is available in from of the property in a section of New Haven where it is safe to leave the car overnight, That parking is metered during the day. Quiet even in rooms facing Chapel Street.

Pros:

Расположение отеля очень хорошее – недалеко от университета Йель, отель чистый, комфортный, номер также был теплый, сухой, чистый, все было нормально, никаких претензий нет

Cons:

Из минусов – пришлось просить зубные щетки, зубные принадлежности и тапочки, но я думаю, это тоже небольшой недочет и к претензиям даже не отнесу
