Location, cleanliness, friendly restaurant and valet staff

Cons:

Never seen such unfriendly staff at the check in counter. Is snobbiness a concept at The Study? NOT what you'd expect from a hotel of that standing. At the front desk, a staff gave me a look when i asked him to keep oir luggage for an hour after check out, and he said to his colleague, clearly audible, "Help! They're piling a bunch of luggage on me. Yuck" Yuck?? For one, we can hear you and we do understand English. Also, that is just not professional.
Other staff at check in and check out are pretty unfriendly too. Try smiling, guys.

Chic boutique hotel with a “library vibe”

Cons:

The dining room and breakfast food service is generally okay though could be better for the clientele. The food order came to the table not as ordered and the side salad provided was brown-tinged lettuce

La posizione è comoda se devi lavorare al campus. La stanza spaziosa.

Cons:

il ristorante ha sempre lo stesso menu e sono poco flessibili e le opzioni non rispecchiano tutti i tipi di necessità. E come gia riconosciuto da tanti, sono molto lenti nel servizio. attese di 1h per un piatto. Troppo costoso per la cuantita e qualita offerta. Colazione senza offerte con frutta o yogurt normali, cereali solo con glutine. Il bagno delle stanze si potrebbe riformare. Lo staff, a seconda del turno, include personale che non sa getire le necessita degli ospiti e che è molto lento.
