Pros:

the homestay was clean, and comfortable. It had basic amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, and kettle. Hopefully the owner can add a microwave. the location is convenient and close to many restaurants and shops. check in was smooth and hassle-free.

Cons:

However, it was quite difficult to find parking, especially during the peak hours. there was also some noise at night which may disturb light sleeper

房間昏暗，照明損壞未修復。
室內廁所除了淋浴間外幾乎沒照明可言。

Bilkk sangat selesa. Semua suis berfungsi dgn baik. Ada tmpt streka, hairdryer, toiletries pun ada. Ada parking juga tapi kena pandai cari. Bagus pigi cari parking di LG sbb sana kurang parking yg kena reserve sedia. Di bawah peginapan banyak kedai² makan, sama kalau mlm ada tu buka gerai² makanan di sana. So blh laa cari makan dkt sana. Sedap² juga makanan di sana tu. 5 minit saja mau pigi airport 😊 so kalau terlajak bgn pun, no hal. Self check in dan check out sangat mudah. Kalau xda tau, blh contact number dorang. Fast respond🤩

Cons:

Sya pigi sama kwn tapi 1 towel saja yg kena kasi.Mungkin dorang lupa letak 1 towel lagi🥹. It's okey biasa la tu kan. Itu saja la yg spoil. Terpaksa beli towel 😅

It was a decent stay but I will look for other alternatives the next time I’m back to KK.
Pros:

Convenient location - close to airport and city centre. Cafes, convenience store available around the building. Easy check in and check out process.

Cons:

WiFi has no internet connection during my stay. The aircond was not cold (despite setting the temperature at 16) - affect sleeping quality (probably needs to service it). The building setting itself affected my overall first impression - didn’t look well maintained and gave off a ‘not very clean’ vibe. Looking for parking was challenging - not sure if it’s better during off peak hours.
