Pros:

Excellent apartment, recently renovated in good apartment building.
Parking available.
Air conditioners work perfectly. WiFi is stable. Safe and quiet.
Front desk is on premises and very responsive.

Next building is Marriott Hotel with a very good restaurant (I highly recommend their lamb ribs) and a good coffee, so you don’t need to go far to eat or drink. Small grocery store is also in the building.

Convenient to both Airport and railway station. Not far from the city center.

(One suggestion to management: you should provide kitchen with a pot, a pen, a can and bottle opener and knifes otherwise it is not usable if somebody wants to cook something)

Pros:

Мы были проездом в Узбекистане. Нужно было где-то переночевать. Очень хорошая квартира для ночевки. Близко от аэропорта, все новое, чисто, тихо, уютно.

One of the best place to stay in town
Pros:

It was one of the best places i ever stay with privacy, comfort like home, quite and huge space with big room sizes for 2 bedroom apartment. Mr Omar (our host) was quite accesible, helpful and always respond on time whenever we need anything. If you have family or planning to stay with friends i would recommend this place as one of the best in town. Also this place is near to airport, accesible to malls, restuarants, supermarkets and taxi's are available at your doorstep.

Good spot with a few issues.
Pros:

Apartment was spacious and in good condition overall. Walls in the common stairway have been sanded but not painted, so bumping them meant clothes covered with white dust. Shower door didn't close so floor would get wet. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't run. AC worked will which was important. Enjoyed views from 8th floor windows. Could use some more furniture like a proper place to eat. Kitchen pretty good except there are almost no dishes or pots and pans. We bought a few dishes and utensils just to have something. Would be good if they sent in the cleaner everyday - trash piles up if you use the kitchen. Overcharged for laundry.
