It was a good location from the station, enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

It provided everything we needed and I loved the snacks

Cons:

The breakfast! Not much choice and they dont cater for gluten free

they had no mixers or beers at the drinks station at night.

it was a bit dark, rooms could do with some light.

Café, bebidas,vino y diferentes postres y sopas 24horas gratis. Y muchas artículos para el cuerpo como cremas sales para bańarse eran gratis también.

Cons:

En todo del Hotel era todo el tiempo la misma música que se repeti cada 10 o15 minutos.

Great family place to stay .

Pros:

מיקום מעולה ממש במרכז, חדרים גדולים מאוד, נקי ומאובזר היו מלא פינוקים בלובי ללא תשלום כולל שתייה חמה/ קרה.
מלון מומלץ מאוד אווירה שונה. מעולה למשפחות עם ילדים יש חדר משחקים מטורף.

Cons:

Überall riecht es komisch, besonders im Eingangsbereich. Das Personal ist bemüht, aber das Hotel hat sehr ungewöhnliche Regeln und Abläufe.

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Massagestühlen, Sauna und Jacuzzi. Sauber und bequem. Freundliches Personal.
Die kostenlosen Pflegepeodukte und die Alkolohlbar abends waren die Kirsche auf der Sahnehaube. Ausgezeichnete Lage in Shinjuku.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ziemlich dürftig und der Sitzbereich nicht unbedingt einladend. Das Sofa im Zimmer ist alt und hat Risse - es wäre so einfach, das auszutauschen. Wir hatten gedacht, dass der Garten im Zimmer betretbar wäre, also eine Art Balkon. Den ist nicht so, die Fenster sind nur einen Spalt zu öffnen. Das aber lag eher an unseren Erwartungen.

Would I comeback to this hotel? Yes…I would.
Pros:

Liked the location and all the amenities that were included…breakfast, snacks, drink sec arcade, gym, etc.

Cons:

Building was little run down and the room was very tight with multiple beds. Ceiling had some moisture mildew but nothing serious.

Echt een resort. Even weg uit de stad. Midden in de stad. Heerlijk.
Pros:

Heerlijke totaal ervaring. Voetenbad en massagestoelen en hapjes en drankjes direct al in de lobby.
Pool biljard, sport faciliteiten, arcade games, karaoke, leuke kamer enz enz.

Cons:

Een zwembad, sauna en of onsen er bij had het afgemaakt.

Biggest room in tokyo for the price.
Pros:

All the amenities you could ask for. The room is huge. A must stay if staying in tokyo. You wont get a bigger room for the price and all the amenities that come with it.

Cons:

If your a non smoker the rooms smell like cigarettes aswell as the lobby but if you smoke you wont care. When you leave your room some of the staff will ask you to leave the key behind which is unlike anywhere ive stayed but its really not a big deal. Highly reccomend to stay here.
