Great stay overall, despite having high prices.
Pros:

Lovely and comfortable room. Tulum’s main street is walking distance away. Housekeeping did a really great job with cleaning.

Cons:

Overall felt quite overpriced. At the breakfast they ask extra fee for the still water and “choose only 3 ingredients” for the omelette felt dissapointing for the given price tag. Also on-site food/drink prices are way too expensive.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la beauté des lieux et de la chambre. La petite piscine dans la chambre et la grande piscine de l’hôtel est magnifique et chaude.

Cons:

Le lieu est un peu loin du centre (environ 2km)
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très peu de choix à la carte ! Ce n’est pas adapté à tout le monde, peu de choix de boisson et pas la possibilité de prendre plusieurs plat. Vous pouvez demander la carte mais cela sera à votre charge si vous souhaitez rajouter un plat.

Une expérience inoubliable dans ce merveilleux hotel !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré ce lieu magnifiquement arboré et très zen , la chambre villa avec sa piscine privative chauffée, l'extrême gentillesse des équipes et leur tres grand professionnalisme à souligner :) une mention spéciale de coeur pour Santi, Martin, José et Bénito qui ont tous été extraordinaires ! Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec hâte dans cet hotel lors de notre prochain séjour

Highly recommended, it is stunning!
Pros:

The hotel is stunning, very well designed to give customer a very good experience with the surrounding nature. We liked so much that we stayed 2 more nights.
Close to the centre of town (10 min walking) and very close to La Valeta, very nice area with trendy bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was very nice and staff very helpfull.

Pros:

I loved the pool, and the interior design has such a beautiful jungle vibe. It feels lush, cozy, and totally immersive

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues. The seating areas in the restaurant and at the bar were not cozy, and the tables and chairs were often dirty and sticky. The glasses were not clean. There were cockroaches in our room. The backyard seating furniture was very dirty and uncomfortable, and the hammock was not usable. The receptionist was also very rude upon arrival.

In addition, the menu was very limited, the food was poor quality and overpriced, and the alcohol seemed diluted

The villas were stunning, the staff very welcoming and the pool instagram friendly!

Cons:

More facilities needed such as laundry. Appreciate it is eco friendly but a heated pool would have been ideal.

Pros:

My experience was priceless!!! Staff was warm and Wonderful. Food was excellent. My villa was clean, private and cozy. Loved my stay in Hotel Bardo.

Okay aber nicht den Preis wert.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer inkl. Pool. Schöne Hotelanlage und Poolanlage, gemütlich und ruhig. Personal freundlich. Kostenlose Sessions zb. Yoga.

Cons:

Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist schrecklich voller Schlaglöcher. Bett ist relativ hart und hätte uns daran gehindert mehr als drei Nächte zu bleiben. Dusche sollte mal entkalkt werden, der Strahl ist so stark das es fast schon schmerzt auf der Haut. WLAN funktionlert mal, und dann mal wieder 2h nicht oder sehr langsam. Denkt nicht daran hier arbeiten zu wollen wenn ihr Internet benötigt. Für 600.- die Nacht definitiv mehr erwartet.
