Très agréable
Pros:

La taille de l’hôtel, la décoration très très bien faite

I loved the pool, and the interior design has such a beautiful jungle vibe. It feels lush, cozy, and totally immersive

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues. The seating areas in the restaurant and at the bar were not cozy, and the tables and chairs were often dirty and sticky. The glasses were not clean. There were cockroaches in our room. The backyard seating furniture was very dirty and uncomfortable, and the hammock was not usable. The receptionist was also very rude upon arrival.

In addition, the menu was very limited, the food was poor quality and overpriced, and the alcohol seemed diluted

Pros:

The villas were stunning, the staff very welcoming and the pool instagram friendly!

Cons:

More facilities needed such as laundry. Appreciate it is eco friendly but a heated pool would have been ideal.

Pros:

My experience was priceless!!! Staff was warm and Wonderful. Food was excellent. My villa was clean, private and cozy. Loved my stay in Hotel Bardo.

Okay aber nicht den Preis wert.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer inkl. Pool. Schöne Hotelanlage und Poolanlage, gemütlich und ruhig. Personal freundlich. Kostenlose Sessions zb. Yoga.

Cons:

Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist schrecklich voller Schlaglöcher. Bett ist relativ hart und hätte uns daran gehindert mehr als drei Nächte zu bleiben. Dusche sollte mal entkalkt werden, der Strahl ist so stark das es fast schon schmerzt auf der Haut. WLAN funktionlert mal, und dann mal wieder 2h nicht oder sehr langsam. Denkt nicht daran hier arbeiten zu wollen wenn ihr Internet benötigt. Für 600.- die Nacht definitiv mehr erwartet.

Pros:

Die Anlage liegt sehr im Grünen und die Zimmer sind schön. Unseres war etwas arg dunkel, ist aber OK. Wir hatten das Zimmer 29, was teurer verkauft wurde, aber dafür fast neben der Hauptstrasse liegt. Die Pools sind sehr schön. Die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Kosten für Übernachtung entsprechen nicht der Leistung. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, aber bei einem solchen Premiumpreis erwarte ich, dass alles passt. In der Nacht ist das Wasser immer wieder ausgefallen. Das WLAN war für 24 Stunden auch ausgefallen. Der Strassenlärm in unserem Zimmer (29) war sehr laut, da es das letzte Zimmer in der Anlage war. Frühstück war uns zu teuer, aber es gibt genügend schöne Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, wenn auch etwas dunkel. Wir hatten nur keinen Platz für zwei Koffer, einer ist dann auf der Couch gelandet.

Cons:

Everything was fine, but the restaurant and bar prices are exorbitant compared to what you can get outside the hotel; also, the pool can't be used at this time of year (November) because the water is quite cold and there's no heater in either the main pool or the rooms.

Pros:

La décoration de l'hotel Bardo.

Cons:

Pas assez lumineux à l'intérieur,
L'odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, et sur nos vétements.
Pas de wifi dans la chambre.
La douche tiède mais jamais assez chaude, la restauration trés décus par les propositions et les prix.
Enfin l'emplacement de l'hotel nest pas si proche que ça du centre De Tulum (2kms) et donc pas de beach-club ni de plage a pied.
