The staff and hospitality are the best things about this accommodation.
Pros:

The staff ( Mr Nurlan) very fun, helpful, patient and informative. He helped us in quick and swift room services. The property was unique and had a nice scenic view.

Cons:

The open common area can be more clean.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Zeer fijne hotel, met aandacht voor klanten. Vriendelijk personeel en schone kamers. Wij kregen een gratis upgrade naar de kamer met een fantastisch uitzicht op Cappadocia. Ook onze honden hadden het naar hun zin. Zeker een aanrader!

poor maintianed hotel and poor architecture. great view from terrace was the only salvaging feature

view from the terrace was great. the kitchen staff did try to do their best but if the property is run down they couldnt make up for the same

Cons:

room condition was pathetic, the door locks to the washrooms did not work . While cave hotels all have some issue of ventialtion becuase of architecture the room was claustrohpobic. With great difficulty one of the rooms was upgraded to a better one with a small balcony where we could breathe. We saw a couple of nearby hotels all of whcih were cave hotels as well . they had much better ventilation. We even request to cancel after one night so that we coudl shift to anearby hotel but were denied refund even after a one night miinimum stay. Would suggest that people try other properties nearby rather than this one!

Pros:

Dint like the property,our room not value for money.

Cons:

Air condition wasn’t working,they should have checked before our check-in.

Bathtub water was leaking.

Room wasn’t clean,dust all over.very uncomfortable.

We booked it for the view but the window glass was dirty to have the view through bathtub.

What a special place! The stay here magnificent
Pros:

Location was incredible, such a beautiful wee street and not too busy. Our room was beautiful ❤️ The food was really good in the restaurant, breakfast was an amazing spread! Staff very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

The bed was quite hard and a little bit uncomfortable, and the lighting in our room was dim and difficult to see anything we were doing. But otherwise everything was perfect 😀

Dieses Hotel hat seinen Charme aber wegen dem null entgegenkommen kann ich es nicht empfehlen, es gibt ja genügend ander

Lage und das Zimmer

Cons:

Die Bodenheizung war voll aufgedreht und lässt sich nicht individual einstellen so dass es die 1.Nacht zu warm war und wir nicht schlafen konnten.
Trotz Reklamation dauerte 1 Tag bis das Problem teilweise gelöst war aber außer einer kurzen Entschuldigung gab es kein entgegen kommen vom Manager, einfach unverständlich und wieso hat der Gast kein Recht auf eine Preis Reduzierung
