Pros:

Amazing hotel with a beautiful view and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mahmut and Hüseyin. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Можно остановиться со многими оговорками!! Если уж деваться некуда.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, обслуживание в ресторане. Хороший завтрак. Аутентичный интерьер. Вид на шары- да их видно с террасы, но они далеко!!!

Cons:

При заселение пытались поселить в номере классом ниже и дешевле, пришлось доказывать что не тот вариант!! На выбор номера делюкс были с запахом плесени, влажность и сырость, очень плохие. В конце предложил когда мы высказали недовольство другой делюкс с балконом, который тоже уставший очень был. Джакузи не работал, даже мыться было просто опасно!! Пыль, много пыли и запах цемента!! Плохое освещение в номере.

This hotel is ideal for those wanting to experience the beautiful, tranquil panoramic views of Cappadocia. We really enjoyed our two-night stay at this resort. The service from the team was first-class and super friendly—we couldn't have asked for more. The food was also of a great standard; it was my first time trying a pottery kebab, and it was absolutely amazing. While I didn't catch everyone's names, I want to give a special mention to Efe and Memut for their kindness in accommodating all our requests. A big thank you as well to the service manager who helped us pick out wine and recommended the double apple shisha. Every little detail made our stay so memorable. Thank you!

Bonito hotel en bonito localización
Pros:

Localización, muy buena. Una de las habitaciones era espectacular, con terracita y un enorme ventanal con magníficas vistas desde la bañera y la ducha, una experiencia.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento de varias cosas. Al hotel le hace falta cuidar mejor las instalaciones. Tuvimos un problema con el jacuzzi que se reparó solo parcialmente. El personal era desigual: algunos muy correctos y eficientes, pero había un camarero que dejaba bastante quen desear.
Al hacer el check out, no encontramos a nadie en recepción y nos tuvimos que ir sin más ya que teníamos que coger un vuelo. La noche anterior ni dejaron factura ni nos preguntaron a qué hora nos marchábamos.

Bazı otellerde sadece konaklarsınız, bazı yerlerde ise gerçekten güzel anılar biriktirirsiniz. Bizim için burası kesinlikle ikinci seçenek oldu.
Otele giriş yaptığımız andan ayrıldığımız ana kadar her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Personelin güler yüzü, ilgisi ve samimiyeti kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettirdi. Odamız tertemiz, konforlu ve çok keyifliydi.Ama asıl büyüleyici olan manzaraydı… Sabah perdeyi açtığımızda gökyüzünde süzülen rengârenk balonları görmek tarifsiz bir güzellikti. O an, doğru yerde olduğumuzu bir kez daha hissettik.Temizlik, konfor, manzara ve harika personel… Her şey özenle düşünülmüş. Buradan sadece güzel bir konaklama değil, unutulmayacak anılarla ayrıldık. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz ve gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ediyoruz.

Das Frühstück war Sehr gut und das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch Sehr gut.

Beim Einchecken haben wir zuerst ein falsches Zimmer bekommen. Die Hotelmanager hat sich aber sehr bemüht, uns ein besseres Zimmer zu geben. Dafür waren wir dankbar.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer gibt es mehrere Mängel: Das Abwasser läuft aus, alles wird nass, die Toilettenspülung funktioniert teilweise nicht und die Badewanne ist zu kurz. Das Bad muss insgesamt wasserdicht renoviert werden.
