Great breakfast, beautiful view, and convenient location
Pros:

The mixed breakfast was really great. It also has a beautiful view. It’s possible to reach places in Uçhisar on foot. Since it coincided with International Women’s Day, it was also a very nice gesture that they gave flowers to female customers.

Cons:

The shower ceiling is a bit low. If you are taller than 175 cm and want to take a shower without sitting in the jacuzzi, your head hits the ceiling and you have to bend down while showering.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Cappadocia
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The heating in the caves is SO warm, the staff are so kind, friendly and go out of their way to help, and the breakfast spread is just divine. It’s close to the Uchisar Castle (we walked there) and many nice restaurants. The restaurant at the property is also great!

Cons:

The bathroom had an odd smell but nothing to make our stay uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location very close to both Goreme and Ushicar centre. Breakfast was very unique and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful (e.g. provided with a glass of milk each night for my daughter). I also got a room upgrade with balloon view from the balcony - providing an unforgettable experience !

Cons:

Nothing major that is negative. Some smell in bathroom (understandable as plumbing is not allowed in cave hotels). Lots of stairs to get to rooms etc.

Потрясающий отель и локация, один из лучших опытов за все путешествия. Если вы хотите познать, что такое аутентичные номера в пещерах Каппадокии — вам сюда. Камин, ванная с гидромассажем, невероятно уютно и тепло внутри номера-пещеры (волновались, что будет прохладно в зимний сезон, но даже полы с подогревом!Чистый восторг. Приветливый персонал, который поможет с багажом и рекомендациями. Отдельно благодарим Махмуда за его профессионализм и чуткость. Он также неоднократно нам помогал с камином в номере. Завтраки также чудесные.

Highly recommend after our family stay
Pros:

Booked this hotel because we have two young kids and knew we wouldn’t be able to get up early and travel to a viewing point to see the balloons and it did not disappoint! Our room was huge and clean and from the moment Mustafa and the team greeted us we knew it was going to be a fantastic stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and were great with our kids. Special shoutout to the team in the restaurant who went above and beyond every morning.

Cons:

Not many external food options around Uchisar, especially at night so recommend having a car.

Pros:

Some of the people were very helpful especially the night guy, Ergin (I think) who prepared and gave us breakfast nearly at 5 AM since we had flights.

Cons:

Breakfast was included but they had a set breakfast and not a buffet and if extra was asked, they would ask for money.

Hotel was stunning just a shame we didn’t get to e stay I paid for.

The property was picture perfect everything we wanted.

Cons:

I contacted the property to say I had confused my dates and could I move them by a day. They confirmed this on whatapp also my partner called and confirmed with hotel on arrival they said we didn’t have a booking. They then put us in the original room booked but next day after breakfast said they were moving us to a different hotel. The hotel the moved us to was nothing like this one very disappointing. Hotel did give us complimentary dinner and wine but I would have rather of stayed in the room I paid for and booked.
