Where do we start. Absolutely horrible. Extremely dissatisfied with our stay. The floors were dirty, the toilet in the main bathroom leaks so much that your feet start getting wet while still sitting there. The shower gets everything except the person standing under it, the entire bathroom ended up wet. There was a broken shower screen on the balcony and the curtain there to replace it in the shower was redundant. One of the bedroom doors had to be pushed open with force because one of the single beds was right there as you try to open in. The floor was filthy. A room that sleeps 9 people and yet we were provided with 4 dinner plates, 2 wine glasses, 1 champagne flute. The kitchen sponge was wet and dirty in the sink when we first arrived, and the plug in the kitchen doesn’t actually fit the sink; how can you expect your guests to clean their plates before they leave with a pre-seasoned dish sponge and a plug that won’t fit in the hole? The TV has no free to air signal, and there is no guest information book, not to mention no fire evacuation plan. The blind in the master bedroom could go up however would just come right back down when you stop pulling it up. The stools at the kitchen bench were broken, we wouldn’t even attempt sitting there in case they were stable. Data alone parking but we have to squeeze in when we returned from our function.

Thank god we only had to stay one night for an important event but we will never ever be back. Foul.

Cons:

The property was very difficult to access from either direction as it was on a very busy road with double lines. You couldn’t turn in from the wedt or out easily if wanting to go east.

Won’t be back.

The only thing to like was the view.

Cons:

Way over priced. No car parks available once we come back from dinner paid $449 for a night and had to park on the roadside.
Room was dirty, smoke alarms hanging from the ceiling with cobwebs hanging off them. Light switches were filthy, dirt and dust in the door tracks. Bedding had stains all over it. Half shower screens on the showers then added a shower curtain that did nothing, one shower was unusable due to shower head being broken. Staff were never in reception and when calling the contact number they’d never answer.
