Grosse arnaque!

Apres avoir fait la réservation sur booking j’ai appelé la réception afin de confirmer l’arrivée tardive et j’ai confirmé aussi le tarif, arrivée sur place ils me disent que je doit payer presque 20% de plus que le prix que j’avais sur la facture de Booking, et que soit disant le tarif de booking n’est pas valable chez eux!!! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils acceptent des réservations via booking et qu’ils disent aux gens de venir pour leur donner des prix différents!! C’est une grosse arnaque!! À fuir absolument

Pros:

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit komfortablen Bett. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, vor Allem die Geschäftsführerin Madame Ryana.
Nettes Restaurant mit gutem Essen.

Cons:

Sehr hellhöriges Treppenhaus und schlecht gedämmte Tür. Im Bad kein Schallschutzfenster. Kein Fitnessstudio.

Great Hospitality
Pros:

Everyone made me feel very welcome here at the Rysara Hotel. Checked in late and got treated well with an upgrade. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and within a walking distance to a small beach.
Breakfast choices were abundant, and dinner was great. The hotel's staff includes the general manager to front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were very kind, and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend a stay at the Rysara Hotel.
