The room is overall clean
We are a large group there for our honeymoon. They are very enthusiastic about our luggage, help with taxis, and are generally very friendly.

I have been to Phu Quoc three times. I had a full, restful sleep and it was very quiet during the day. The hotel is located in an alley but very easy to find. You should try it, and you won't be disappointed.
We only stayed for two night, but this is the perfect accommodation in Phu Quoc. The room is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Geschmackvolle kleine Wohnung mit Badezimmer, Badewanne, Küche zeile, Waschmaschine. Für uns war es für zwei Nächte prima, aber man muss wissen, dass die Küche mit kleinen Sachen gar nicht ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber dafür ruhig und nicht voller Touristen.
War alles neu und sehr sauber.
Das Badezimmer mit japanischer Toilette und Wärmelampe über dem Duschbad ist besonders zu erwähnen

The customer service was amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Since the weather was extremely hot, around 40°C, they kindly kept serving complimentary drinks and fresh watermelon, and later even offered lemon juice. They even prepared a bag of snacks for us to bring along on the way, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a wonderful and welcoming experience. Highly recommended!
