We felt comfortable and relax
Pros:

The owner was a really nice fellow. He responded to us very quick via email when we had questions. The property was tidy and clean. We liked the design of the room we lived. The location was good. And so was the value of the accommodation.

Cons:

If the garbage bins at kitchen and bathroom could be emptied everyday, that would be great.

Pros:

Bjørg and Teitur are fantastic hosts! Warm and welcoming, they shared a couple of invaluable recommendations that made my trip that much more enjoyable.

Cons:

The inn is located on a busy street; light sleepers may not find this place suitable.

Preis-Leistung für die Hauptstadt wirklich gut. Bei der Bezahlung aufpassen.
Pros:

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Lage optimal. Wir wollten ein Spiel der Nationalmannschaft sehen und waren mit dieser Unterkunft nah am Stadion sehr zufrieden. Zu Fuß locker zu erreichen. Der Preis für eine Unterkunft in der Hauptstadt war wirklich gut.
Eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die man im vollen Umfang nutzen konnte.

Cons:

Der Besitzer hatte mir erst einen Link zum Bezahlen geschickt, bei dem ich Zusatzgebühren zahlen sollte. Nach Rückfrage bekam ich einen neuen Link ohne den Zusatzgebühren. Auf jeden Fall aufpassen!
Das Bad ist gleichzeitig die Dusche. Wenn einer geduscht hatte, war der Boden komplett nass.

A nice and quiet stay
Pros:

I had a room that had a private door leading to a little terrace which was nice. The inn is also located in a quiet residential area so it felt cozy and relaxing.

Cons:

A bit of a walk to central Torshavn, but doable if you're capable.

No lo recomiendo
Pros:

La ubicación es bastantes buena aunque no es òptima.

Cons:

Los espacios compartidos son totalmente insuficientes. Las habitaciones Dan a un espacio con la caldera de la calefacción, la lavadora y la secadora, hace ruido y está todo hacinado.
Los cristales son opacos y no se ve el exterior.
No hay ningún espacio para estar un rato cómodo. Los muebles de la habitación son muy incómodos.
La cocina está bien equipada pero hay tantas habitaciones y ellos también la usan por las tardes noches con lo cual es complicado que sea cómodo.
La limpieza tiene mucho que desear.
No recomiendo alojarse aquí y por supuesto no volveremos.

Pros:

Nice location near a pretty walking area with a small waterfall, about 30 min away on foot from the bus terminal. The shared bathrooms (there is one on each floor) are very clean. The kitchen is tidy, organised and well-equipped - has everything you may need and more. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth.

Cons:

Unfortunately it is very noisy, that's just the nature of the house. You can hear pretty much everything happening in the rooms above and next door. However, a good pair of earplugs will help a lot.

Great place to stay in Tórshavn
Pros:

I had my own room and comfy bed. There was even Netflix on the TV

Cons:

You could hear the other guests walking around, though not too loudly. Only one shower shared between everyone
