Access card issue that happened EVERYDAY!!

Cons:

Multiple room access issue as the provided access card failed to open the hotel room door. Went down to counter to reprogram & same issue reoccured after climbing up to 4th floor room. Went down again, reprogram & failed again & again. This happened every day of my stay! What a horrible experience!! (Attached please find the short video explaining the issue.)

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Flora Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel prices were reasonable and offered good value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Parking was convenient with no issues at all. The overall environment was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Everything about the room was perfect, making my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good variety of delicious food. The welcoming drinks were also very tasty and refreshing. Every meal was enjoyable and added to the wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and would be happy to stay here again in the future." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

None of it, NEGATIVE!!!

Cons:

Poor services!!! The worst thing ever experienced in my entire life was that the hair dryer required to make payment before using it!!! OMG!!! Room extremely odour and smelly, air conditioner was not cold enough. Worst hotel that I've ever stayed in my life.

Pros:

First time ever that will need to pay for Hair dryer usage. The worst part is that im staying in a corner unit ( king size room) and there is cockroaches. Understand that all the room is full due to public holiday so we are unable to change room. Called the staff and they just help to spray and didnt event help to clean the dead cockroaches
