Do not miss the gem of a gourmet Spanish shop, bar and restaurant, "Don Esteban Gourmet" (in the hotel.) Amazing wines, iberian beers, and delicious Spanish olives, meats, cheeses and desserts. The manchego is NOT to be missed! The service and atmosphere is fantastic for a snack, a wonderful glass of wine or a charcuterie style dinner! Christopher and Camila were both a delight! Service oriented and helpful.

This is an amazing hotel to choose if you have a family- the 2 bedroom and condo layout YET has all amenities of a hotel - its perfect. The pool is huge and the entire location is spotless, quiet and yet centrally located to all the high rise hotels and beaches. We have been a repeat customer and will continue as its our now favorite hotel of all of them. Santos and the hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and will start your vacation with a glass of champagne!
This hotel is within walking distance to the main strip. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a small misunderstanding and Jackson took care of us. He is a great guy as well, had a great conversation with him.
For the cost of the hotel it met all of our needs. It is very clean, two gorgeous pools that are very comfortable and relaxing. Shaded and sun areas throughout. Pool bar (kinda pricey drinks but bogo HH deal), daily activities, yoga, salt scrub and jewelry making class all included.
Buffet breakfast had a nice variety and with made to order omelet’s.
Rooms are spacious with two bathrooms. Very convenient with two teenage girls. Full size fridge but no stove. Cleaning crew was excellent. Free parking, free daily bottled water, beach towels for borrow.
Coming back and will stay here every time.
Atendimento extremamente acolhedor do início ao fim da estadia. Desde o check-in até o check-out, fomos recebidos com muita simpatia e atenção por toda a equipe. Tivemos ainda a gentileza de realizar o check-in antecipado, o que fez toda a diferença para aproveitarmos nossa viagem desde o primeiro momento.
Gostaria de destacar especialmente o excelente atendimento do Peter, que nos recepcionou com muita alegria e cordialidade, apresentou o quarto, auxiliou com as malas e tornou nossa experiência ainda mais especial com sua receptividade e profissionalismo.
As instalações do hotel são impecáveis: quartos modernos, muito bem conservados e extremamente confortáveis. Só temos elogios a todos os colaboradores do hotel — vocês realmente fizeram a diferença nas nossas férias. Muito obrigado por toda a hospitalidade!
Como único ponto de observação, o hotel não fica exatamente à beira-mar. Porém, isso acaba sendo facilmente compensado pela excelente estrutura oferecida: o hotel disponibiliza serviço de transfer até a praia, que inclusive está localizada muito próxima — cerca de 3 minutos de caminhada ou apenas alguns segundos utilizando o transfer.
Sinceramente, esse detalhe não impactou negativamente nossa experiência, pois todos os demais pontos positivos do hotel superaram completamente essa questão.
Tudo foi excelente durante a estadia. As instalações são modernas, muito bem cuidadas e oferecem alto nível de conforto. Os quartos são amplos, limpos e bem equipados. A localização é ótima, a área da piscina é fantástica e toda a estrutura do hotel transmite qualidade e sofisticação. O café da manhã é variado e de ótima qualidade. O grande diferencial, porém, é a equipe: todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e profissionais, proporcionando uma experiência memorável.
Não houve nenhum ponto negativo relevante durante a estadia. Tudo atendeu ou superou as expectativas.
It is close to everything, 5 min walk to beach or the beach shuttle will get you there in no time. The staff are always so attentive and friendly.especially: Leyonardho, Santos,Jarlins, Peter. Who greeted us everyone day with a smile and treated us like family.The rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. This was our third time and we will be back.
Great hotel! Leo at the front desk is amazing, extremely helpful and offered great tips and suggestions. We would recommend the property. Breakfast could be improved with selection and service. Food was very very limited. Other than that great stay
Our group of five (my daughters, their two best friends, and I) loved our weeklong stay. With a chronic illness, it's hard to predict whether I'll have the energy for outings, so it's always worth a splurge for me to have an oceanview room. We had a three-bedroom unit with a beautiful view, and all of us made a LOT of use of that balcony. Three of us caught a cold, and it was so nice to feel we could relax "at home" without missing out on the beauty of the island.
Once we felt better, this was an ideal home base for excursions (highly recommend Fofoti for their Natural Pool/Baby Beach Jeep tour, and Octopus for their snorkeling catamaran excursion with lunch).
We all agreed that the staff was one of the best things about this property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The short walk to the beach was worth the trade-off of being having such nice, new accommodations (we'd heard from others that the beachfront options can be less spacious and modern).
My one complaint is that the air conditioning, which could produce Arctic temperatures in the main living area and the larger two bedrooms, didn't do well reaching the third/smaller bedroom in the back. Facilities staff were unable to help despite several visits, and the manager was unwilling to help secure a fan to help direct cool air into the room. I wound up having a small clip-on fan delivered with our grocery order from Superfood (another great service!), which took the edge off. I was disappointed that such a nice property couldn't find a way to get a fan to a sick guest (they did offer to move us, but that would've been too much given our illness ). This small issue aside, we were very happy at this resort. and particularly loved the pool areas and the cold, refreshing beverages at the Sunset bar. We didn't love the on-site food choices but found great meals easily right nearby.
We appreciate very much that the brand-new (2020?) facility is LEED certified, and as a whole, they go the extra mile trying to be eco-conscious.
As piscinas eram ótimas, a limpeza e a cordialidade dos funcionários tb e embora nao fique a beira mar, esta muito próximo do mar e de uma ótima área comercial...

El hotel esta caminando a 3 minutos de la playa Palm Beach. Para quienes disfrutan de la comodidad es ideal. Estan las reposeras del hotel las que use sin problemas durante toda mi estadia. Hay un bar y restaurant ahi mismo, la playa es super segura deje mis cosas en la reposera sin problema. El hotel esta super bien ubicado llegas caminando al centro de palm beach, lleno de restaurant, bares, para bailar. Excelente!! Volvere y me hospedare en este hotel.
