Pros:

La habitación era muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado no sonaba y podías dormir tranquilo. Adicionalmente el kitchenet está bueno también

Cons:

En la playa no habías suficientes sombrillas/sillas/poltronas del hotel para poder estar protegidos del sol y cómodos
El lobby podría estar mejor mantenido

Amazingly comfortable beds, but the hotel is a bit soulless
Pros:

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The pool was amazing, great for playing with the kids.

Excelente ubicación, en el centro de Palm Beach, lugar con mas actividad nocturna, bares, restaurantes, etc. Habitación muy grande y cómoda. Linda pileta y muy tranquila.

Cons:

Precio. Posee un servicio en playa (a unos 300 metros del hotel) donde hay muy pocas sombrillas y reposeras, de modo que es casi imposible conseguir una gratis por parte del hotel.

I stayed at Trump International Resort from July 31 to August 7, for a total of 8 nights.
I specifically chose your resort because of its swimming pool. I am not comfortable swimming in the ocean, so having access to the pool was the main reason I booked my stay at your property.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed and unavailable for my entire stay. The hot tubs were also out of service throughout my stay. Ironically, the pool reopened only on the day I checked out. This was extremely disappointing, as I was unable to use the facilities that were the primary reason for choosing your resort.
In addition, for two days the water in the hotel was dark due to technical issues. This significantly affected the quality and comfort of my stay and caused considerable inconvenience.

Very tranquil.
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the beach. The pool was very clean and serves all ages without crowding. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff are the nicest people. The rooms are spotless clean with new and unstained linens.

Pros:

La habitación es súper amplia y luminosa y el sector de piletas también muy lindo y cómodo! El personal super amable, especialmente Mathias.

Cons:

Ofrecen servicio de playa a partir de las 8 am, pero permiten que la gente deje la toalla toda la mañana sin hacer uso de las sombrillas y sin permitir que otras personas lo hagan. Además hay muy pocas sombrillas considerando el tamaño del hotel. En la habitación la limpieza era floja. Mi habitación tenía una linda cocina, pero sin vajilla… con lo cual no la pude usar demasiado…

The cleanliness of the property! I loved the infinity pool was off limits for kids and in a totally separate area on the property!!!

Cons:

No wash clothes in the room. But was a quick fix with a phone call to housekeeping !
