Eu gostei do tamanho do quarto, de fornecerem água e café. Gostei de ter dois banheiros no quarto.

I liked the size of the room, and that they provided water and coffee. I appreciated having two bathrooms in the room.

Cons:

O valor da diária é muito alto e não inclui café da manhã. Só cápsulas de café no quarto. Tinha um leve cheiro de mofo no quarto que meus filhos dormiram. Você não pode desligar o ar condicionado do quarto.
Mas o que mais acho que precisa de uma boa coordenação é o serviço de cadeiras e sombrinhas na praia. A regra não é clara. O funcionário coloca as pessoas onde quer e vi discussão com alguns hóspedes.

The daily rate is very high and does not include breakfast. Only coffee capsules in the room. There was a slight musty smell in the room where my children slept. You cannot turn off the air conditioning in the room.

But what I think needs good coordination the most is the service of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The rule is not clear. The employee puts people wherever he wants and I saw arguments with some guests.

Constant cold draft in the apartment which the staff didn’t fix. Not enough chairs at the pool and at the beach. Food expensive and very poor. Staff apathetic except good and friendly cleaners

It was a fun stay.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property and a good value for the cost. The pools are beautiful and there is an adult only infinity pool on the third floor with views of the beach. The room was large and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is immaculately clean. The location is perfect, walking distance to shopping and restaurants

Cons:

It is very difficult to get a lounge chair at the beach. You have to be there by 8:00 to get a chair. On vacation this is a challenge. They need a better system for accessing the chairs
