No volvería al hotel. No tiene salida directa a la playa y aparte la zona de la playa es muy mala. No incluye desayuno.
Pros:

Me gustó la piscina solo para adultos y que tenga estacionamiento incluido

Cons:

La playa realmente es muy fea. El mar no es el mejor de la isla. El baño se inundaba . Vinieron a habilitar el baño de la habitación de al lado . El personal tanto el señor de las maletas , Alexander y como Richard de seguridad impecables. Al que le queda muy grande el puesto es a Leonardo el “supervisor” nos cobraron mal al ingresar al hotel y el manejo que tuvo de la situación fue pésimo.

Excelente personal, Lyonhardo, Santos y Orfa destacables

We were “warned” by an aggressive letter put under our door that we would be fined if we didn’t keep the balcony door shut. Rather than a polite notice asking us to do so (which was never mentioned on booking) . We considered this unacceptable

It was a great trip overall and we’d love to visit again,
Pros:

Staff was so nice and helpful. Santos in particular stood out for working so hard to make our stay above and beyond. He was so friendly and attentive and made us feel very at ease. Jarlins was also wonderful. The whole team was great.

Cons:

No beach chairs after 8:30, (but the attendants were so nice and helped us get them as people left)!

Pool was chilly

Excelente relación precio calidad
Pros:

La limpieza, la comodidad de las habitaciones y el departamento en general, muy amplio y limpio, bien equipado. Las piscinas, el gimnasio, todo impecable

Cons:

Que no esté en línea de playa, pero está cerca y disponen de sombrillas en un sector de la playa y un auto eléctrico que te lleva

Cons:

This is not a Radisson Blue hotel. THis is a privately owned hotel operated under Radisson Blue license. And you can see that

There is basically no lobby/hang out area

In a small shop in the hotel we bough a $35 spray sunscreen, and it run out in 1.5 days. They sold us a used sunscreen for that much money, and because it was a spray bottle there was no way to tell if it was full or not. Not acceptable
