Cons:

Breakfast is good, big variety, but same stuff each day and a bit overpriced for Japan.
Also hotel has no room service, it was not a big deal, though

Too expensive for what it was.
Pros:

Very clean and close to the train station. Convenience store right from the lobby.

Cons:

Small room. No way to open any window. You have to keep most of your clothes in the luggage, as there is only a small hanging rod available. The restaurant offered only water and salad for a person with peanut and fish allergies.

Location. Close to a station giving great access to all of Tokyo area.

Cons:

Lack of general area's in hotel. Access was denied to bar area on occasions.No comfortable seating in rooms.

Absolutely amazing hotel. From the great location to outstanding staff. I loved everything about this hotel. Rooms are very specious, perfect for the long stay with the family.

Excellent stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

The facilities are amazing, rooms are spacious for Japan, very clean and well thought out. The onsen, gym and laundry area are excellent to use. We even used the sealing machine for sealing your clothes for the trip. 3 stops away from Tokyo station and around 45 min from Haneda.

Cons:

Very strict adherence to check in time but then you don't know when your room is clean and ready to check in.
