Great onsen, wonderful breakfast and lovely comfortable rooms. Handy for train station and local shops.
No issues.
The breakfast buffet was consistently fantastic. Great array of choices.
The location isn't ideal for tourists since it takes 2-3 trains to get anywhere, or expensive taxis. Everything else about the hotel still made it a great stay regardless of this minor inconvenience though.

Beautiful clean spacious room for Tokyo
The hotel is quite a trek from some tourist attractions. Seems to be a good base for Disney
Excited to share my experience!
Hotel seemed to check all of our boxes but definitely had some concerns going into this without knowing the area. Primarily, would this be a good base to explore both Disney and all that Tokyo has to offer? Quick answer is yes, this hotel 100% was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do.
We stayed for 9 nights in a room with 4 beds. Family of 4 (kids being 19 and 15). We do have history with Prince Hotels (one trip to Hawaii). Space in the room was tight for the 4 of us and our luggage but overall the room was well appointed and comfortable. Mattresses were quite firm. The complimentary water was a nice touch. The toilet was something else. Heated seat, bidet, auto flush, etc. Room was super quiet. Never heard anything in our room all 9 nights. The shower was unusual with it being in a room with the tub but worked out quite well. The shampoo and conditioner were great – a hit with my 19-year-old daughter. Used laundry once mid trip. It was a busy place. I “think” it was about $3.75 US for each wash/dry. Lobby and hallways were decorated beautifully. Lots to look at (we didn’t see the umbrellas near the restaurant entrance until like day 3. We did not use the onsen. Having access to a pool/hot tub (with a swimsuit) would have added a lot to the trip.
Breakfast was amazing. Dumplings were the table favorite and seemed to be served every other day. I enjoyed the salad options and the chicken / pork sausages. There was something for everyone. This was a huge hit with our family and everyone was excited to head down to breakfast the first few days. We ate there all days except for one. The service was great!
Hotel is located directly across the street from Shiomi train station. Transit system was easy to navigate using Google maps. My 19-year-old figured it out fast and I just sorta of tagged along. Three stops to Disney, three stops to Tokyo station. Trains are super frequent. Probably longest wait was maybe 6 min. I think on one of our outings, we had to connect using 3 trains. But all others were generally 2 trains. The quiet and calm in the Shiomi area was appreciated after facing the crowds in Tokyo/Disney. Side note – I got an eSim from Sim Local for myself and my son. Ended up being like $25 for 15 days (look for a promo code). Had no issues with cell coverage the entire trip.
Family Mart connected to hotel for drinks and treats. 7/11 a couple of blocks away. There was a taco place directly across the street that we wanted to try but never got to. There is a restaurant (fish market?) between the hotel and the train station that was recommended. We tried it our first night and really enjoyed it. You order from a tablet and then the food (beers) comes right out. An excellent value. The beers ended up being like $2 each. There is a grocery store right next to the train station as well but never needed anything from there.
I ordered a private transport to the hotel thru Expedia that worked well but it was over $100 US. We did use the limousine bus that picked up in hotel parking lot. It went direct to Narita from parking lot 2 times daily for $1500 yen per person (about $10 US). Bus was comfortable and trip was quick. I think there were 2 stops that were made on the way to the airport. We did not reserve the bus and space was available (but cash only). We priced out Uber as a backup option and it was about $180 US.
Overall, this was a beautiful hotel and the price paid was an outstanding value. We walked away with fond memories of our stay and our trip. Book with confidence. Go and enjoy your trip!
The spa and Breakfast variety
1- Lunch menu is not good . Not much options there should be more options and they should allow To go or to take food to our room,at least for the hotel guests because the time difference between USA and Japan affects our meals time.I have a young son he doesn’t eat much at the same time and usually he will eat after a few minutes later, so he wasn’t be able to because of the hotel rules.
2- Language barrier at front desk. It should be bilingual
3- there is no shuttle service to Haneda airport only for the other airport.
Lyhyt matka metroasemalle. Elintarvikekauppa hotellin yhteydessä.

Nothing
The hotel is very fresh. Luxurious even. The spa is absolutely top notch. Room small but practical. The breakfast buffe was varied. I would have liked more fruits in general.
Courteous staff, great location near Shiomi station, excellent buffet breakfast with a lot of variety.
None
The location is great, train station next door. Family mart and 7 eleven super close as well.
The beds were very uncomfortable. Myself and my famiy all woke up with back pain. Honestly if it wasnt for the beds i would rate this hotel 5 stars.
Tout !
Rien.
