Pros:

Mooi hotel met prachtig uitzicht over de Rijn.
Heerlijk zwembad, zowel binnen als buiten.

Cons:

Diner in het restaurant was te duur in verhouding met de kwaliteit.

Tolle Erweiterung des Spa Bereichs, sehr gelungen

Cons:

Das Problem mit einer Erweiterung ist, das es mehr Platz hat, den man sauber halten und aufräumen muss. Schon mittags standen überall leere Gläser rum und es gab kein Toilettenpapier auf den WCs in Spa.
Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und es hat -gerade was das Personal und die "Aufmerksamkeit" betrifft deutlich nachgelassen

Das Hotel hat uns gefallen, aber wenn wir wieder kommen, werden wir außerhalb des Hotels essen
Pros:

Die Lage ist Super, dass jeder in einem anderen Stockwerk untergebracht wurde, fand ich nicht in Ordnung
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Im italienischen Restaurant war das Personal auch sehr
freundlich, aber das Essen eine Katastrophe und total überteuert.

Had a great relaxing time. Absolutely worth it
Pros:

The hotel is located beautifully by the river with a great view over it. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpfull, and the suite, and the hotel as a whole were modern, lovely and stylish. The breakfast was very good. Did not utilize the pool/spa area, but from what I saw, looked like great facilities

Cons:

This can’t be blamed on the hotel, or its staff, but at the time of the stay, there seemed to be a lot of wasps in the breakfast area. The staff had countermeasures though in the form of lures to reduce the problem

Sehr freundlich, sehr modern und schick, toller Service, gutes Essen in den Restaurants

Cons:

Im Saunabereich sollte mehr auf die Einhaltung der Sauna Standards geachtet werden. Viele Menschen in Textil, selbst bei Aufgüssen wurde nicht darauf geachtet, dass kein Schweiß aufs Holz kommt und etwas mehr Ruhe. Vielleicht auch dafür sorgen, dass der Saunaraum kein Durchgangszimmer ist. So kann man nicht so gut entspannen.

purer Genuss, allerdings Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss an diesem Wochenende zu teuer

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht zu toppen! In jeder Hinsicht der höchste Standard, den man sich als Gast wünschen kann

Der tolle neue Aussenpool und die gesamte Spa- Anlage, das fantastische Frühstück, die originelle Inneneinrichtung, das freundliche Personal, die Lage direkt am Rhein

“Luxus Resort” aber ohne service !
Pros:

The hotel is clean. The rooms, the breakfast, pool area etc. are well maintained. The hotel has only one big problem. For its size it’s far too under staffed ! No service whatsoever. The shop near the reception - no one there ! Empty ! The reception ? They put a trainee !!! There to welcome and register the people. Dinner ? Careful - Kitchen Closes at 9pm !!! So it’s a “luxury hotel” if you will minus the service ! Have a nice stay regardless ;)
