Double charged. Dirty pool. Cold coffee. Cold shower. Noisy room. Cigarette smoke at 1am. Unhelpful staff at checkout. Room lacking sofa bed (as advertised)

The hotel fell woefully short on value. The quality of food was ordinary and it seemed quite ordinary.

Dated no central heating my suite of 2 rooms had one heater insufficient to warm the suite.
Decor is archaic and verandah like a jail cell no way to sit and chill.

Acceptable property at convenient location with great staff.
Pros:

The property is suitable, the location is good, and the highlight is the staff, which was terrific. The staff went out of their way to serve us our requirements and were very accommodating to all our requests, sometimes doing more than our expectations.

Cons:

The property's price was very high, probably due to peak season, but it should have been lower based on the amenities available. The family room description states balcony, while there is no balcony or even a good view from the room. The sole reason for me to book this hotel was the valley view shown in the booking website and it would be better that the hotel clearly states in the description which room has view and which room does not.

I got stuck up at the bathroom , ultimately the staff had to break the door to bring me out.

Reception staff are not efficient.
After repeated asking for dues, they told everything done. But after 5hrs of check out, call me, you have to pay another rs 30000 Aproximate. And later on they deduced from my card without information
