Falta de espaço

Small room and bathroom.

All ok

Room is small but its typical japanese budgeted hotel size.

Our 3-person room was extremely tight! We barely had room for our smaller carry-on luggage. You should NOT stay here if you have larger bags, they literally won't fit, as there's a few inches of space between the bed and the wall, and the hall space to the door is a tight squeeze. There's a little floor space on one side of the lower bed next to the super-mini fridge, but it's underneath the ladder for the upper bunk and very awkward to aces as you can't stand up in that space. The upper bunk has space at the foot of the bed for a small suitcase.

The bathroom isn't much bigger than an airplane bathroom in my opinion, plus a little more space for the standing shower/tub. Definitely only one person in the bathroom at time.

The mattresses were ok, kinda flat and basic. The blankets we're compfy and warm. The AC/Heat unit worked well and quickly.

We used the communal laundry one night. Washer fits a very small load of clothes, as do most washers in Japan, costs 200 yen. The drier is 100 yen per 30 min, and it took over 90 minutes to not even fully dry our clothes. We ended up hanging the damp stuff on a clothesline overnight to finish drying. The next night we used the laundromat around the corner, as those driers were much larger and had more machines, but not much.

Overall I wouldn't stay here again, just due to the cramped space in our sized room. Gotta pay the big bucks for some space around here.

After 11 pm- they usually keep the key card outside, but didn’t inform. As I was late, I have to stay at Osaka with extra money for one night. They usually won’t respond to messages quickly.
Insisted to put on insta with a bribe of a bottle of water.

Room was so clean and the security is very tight

Room for 3 persons with bunk bed has less area to put suitcase or share space for 3 persons in the room. I have hit my head with the bunk bed everyday when crawling out of the bed below.

空間太小了，無法動彈。

Tuve que quedarme un día mas, me confirmaron que podia quedarme y cuando volví, tuve que pagar 25.000 yenes por solo una noche, según ellos no habían mas habitaciones y como ya había dejado las maletas después de medio dia tenia que pagar si o si, hasta me dijeron que si no tendrían que llamar a la policía, siento que me estafaron. También se perdieron unos audífonos de mi hijo que dejamos en la mochila y no se responsabilizaron, dijeron que si alguien roba dentro de mi habitación es mi responsabilidad.
