Love the location and the rooftop. They do daily house keeping.
Triple room is too small. Beds are good size but no room for luggage. AC is not too cold. They didn’t clean the mugs. Lots of dust at the AC. No seats on the lobby.

Good price for the location, lots of shops around and very close to the kintetsu nipponbashi station. Nankai and JR are a bit further away, around 10 mins walk, but the roads are easy to walk even with luggage. Room wasn't as small as I expected from reviews, but the beds were quite big, so it's good for larger people. Don't know if neighbours were just quiet or the soundproofing is that good, at night there were no noises from outside, even when raining. Staff is nice and many of them speak english. Free coffee/tea/utensils provided in the laundry room, which also has 2 microwaves and an ice dispenser. Unfortunately no water dispenser but the tap in the bathroom was labeled as drinkable water. They provide separate body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. They gave two pillows for the bed, one tall/full and one that's softer/lower, which is a nice touch.
No real space to hang clothes, just two hangers on the wall outside the bathroom. Could use a few more if there wasn't going to be a wardrobe. Air conditioner was leaking water halfway through the stay. We told the counter staff about it on the first day it happened but it continued for a few more days. Noticed a humid smell in the room in the last few days, maybe because of the air conditioner or ventilation. The wash basin tap in the bathroom was weird, it automatically turns itself off if you don't turn it up enough, but when you do there's a huge flow of water that splashes everywhere. The sign says to dial it back if I wanted a smaller flow, but it doesn't get any smaller, so it's either you wash your hands quickly, or splash water everywhere while washing your face. It wasn't a big deal for us, but I don't know if this is a hotel-wide issue.

La ubicación estratégica y el personal muy cálido y amable.
La ubicación, cerca de la zona más concurrida de Osaka que, en mi opinión, está infravalorada porque tiene mucho que ofrecer.
Las camas eran cómodas y grandes.
La habitación era muy pequeña, no teníamos donde meter la ropa ni las maletas, éramos 3 personas pero aunque hubiésemos sido 2 hubiésemos estado incómodos.

The property is in a fantastic location. Literally steps away from shops and train stations. And a few minutes from the Dotonbori.
We had a twin room and the beds were bigger than most other rooms and there’s was still plenty of space around the bed which can be uncommon in Japanese hotel rooms.
