Great value
Pros:

Great value hotel, lots of free parking and a fab bistro. Beers at $5 happy hour!
I stayed on a Sunday so no noise, water in the showers was hot for me.
Don't be put off by the negative comments, on reviews as this is a good place to stay.

Cons:

A kettle and tea coffee in the room would be good

Nothing around there.
Cons:

They charged an extra $50 deposit when I got to check in. They haven't returned it after a month, and multiple messages with no reply. Multiple, very bright billboards outside the window.
